The staff were very friendly and I would like to give a special commemoration to Mehdi from the reception for his hospitality. The location is right in the centre of Sousse, therefore not far from the beach. Attractive touristic opportunities like the Medina of Sousse, Sousse Mall as well as popular nearby cities like Monastir and Mahdia.

All in all this was a very satisfying experience and I can´t really point out any negatives of my trip. To my fellow travellers, I would be cautious, as there are many scammers in areas around the hotel e.g. the Medina. Regardless of this, I would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

stayed for 3 days in the 1st week of Feb. clean and spacious, great view on the sea and good bfast. great access to the beach. nice and helpful receptionists.

everything was great. maybe just a bit too much of the overwhelming smell of air fresheners in the room.

My room was on the top floor (6th) with fantastic view of the courtyard with pools and the beach towards the Mediterranee sea. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was only five minutes' walk from the train station. It is within walking distance to the medina of Sousse. There is a grocery shop around the block from the hotel which is convenient. Breakfast buffet was very nice with mediterrean flavour.

Nothing that I didn't like. The rooms should have corkscrews available. (There were wine glasses, but no corkscrew). Receptionist was not helpful when you ask for information on getting to El Jem or Hammanent. (it was like they would profit from it or something. They would not give you information on how to travel independently without their private taxi.)

Excellent location, but the restaurant infrastructure hasn't been updated, extremely poor breakfast for a five star hotel

Non professional staff from reception - I asked for the invoice at check-in, when I paid the services. At check-out, they weren't able to give me the proforma and sent me a proforma which was not in line with my payment. No returning e-mail to my request to change my invoice.

Nice hotel and we liked pool area and access to the beach. Breakfast is good and it’s a big hotel but during our stay not so crowded. Hotel is in the city center so easily you can walk and visit all main attractions around

That it was close to the Medina.

The first room they gave us was terribly dirty. Hairs on the pillows. Under the beds there were crumbs and other sort of dirt, even a toenail. The lamp was broken. The handles of drawers broken. The mini fridge didnt cool. They moved us to another room, it was cleaner, but not pristine. The mini fridge wasn't working either. Lots of weird people too at the hotel. Location wasn't bad, though the beach wasn't that pretty as it looks in the photos. There is a division with sticks on both sides of the beach, to mark where is the hotel beach and the public beach. It feels odd. The sand of the beach was also dirty, lots of cigarette butts, food, and other random stuff.

Old hotel, poor staff services, poor food quality and tasteless food. The noise outside the hotel from music starts on early morning you cannot even sleep in peace. The only good thing is the balcony view and everything else is poor. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!

very poor costumer service , is not worth the money , very rude staff . specially Imen , the one I contacted on costumer service . I asked her kindly to put roses on the bed for the bride , as this booking wasn’t for me it was for my cousin s as a wedding gift . i spoke to imen in advance and I called the reception to make sure the room is nice for the bride and I was willing to extra money . they promised me but they let me down and I felt embarrassed as it was my gift for the bride

Best aspect of the hotel is the location, especially if there no car but the small beach is the crowdy because it is in the center of popular area.

The staff are not friendly, you feel like they doing a favor for you instead of just simply doing their job. When we entered the room the upper bedsheets were torn and there was some stains on it, this not what is expected from hotel within the range of the pricing.

cleaning staff would come wake me up everyday at 9am while this is a holiday place. the room was dirty when I arrived ( remains of used shampoo bottle, toilets not flushed,…) . there was music old day, load. shower was broken it would get water all over the.

The location is great

The customer service is average, it is not a 5 stars hotel like Mariott or others places but I knew that before booking. Nevertheless I expect a minimum like getting towels in the rooms, having a frigde full of drink (it’s a hot country), a responsive room service, a good breakfast, but none of that was good.
