A great location, close to the bus to Stockholm, to the waterfront, to the shops and museum. The hotel staff was very helpful (found us a fan to cool down our room in the evening, resolved a parking challenge, friendly service in the restuarant)

Picturesque, sweet rooms, nice location for our trip. The person in the reception the morning we checked out was very nice and helpful.

Several broken things in the room, including the blinders of one of the windows. We woke up very early because of that. The receptionist later told us that it’s because they are about to renovate that entire floor, but I feel like we paid way too much for this stay to be fitted in a room in such a poor condition. The breakfast was also disappointing, for the price we paid. The personnel barely knew if they had any gluten-free bread or not, finally found a frozen loaf of bread which they gave to me and suggested that I toast them in the regular toaster (which would have made me sick). They put them in the microwave for me when I asked.

it was rather old with very small rooms. No air conditioning on a hot summer day and night.
