Es gab am Pool keine Bedienung auch keine Snacks am Pool leider Das Personal beim Frühstück hat an freundlichkeit noch Luft nach oben man verspürte als nicht französisch sprechender eine gewisse Arroganz .

Wir waren beide sehr begeistert von Chef Didier Anies. Er hat uns ein hervorragendes Menu gezaubert. Und erkundigt sich bei seinen Gästen nach ihrem Wohlbefinden. Zimmer wurden ordentlich gereinigt, es war stets sauber.
Manches Personal erscheint uns etwas unmotiviert / überlastet in den Frühstückszeiten.

Overall a good hotel with a nice room although a small limited room.
Very friendly staff
The room was small and difficult to more around. Maybe a smaller double bed would make big difference.
No real view from the room although I am sure they must have other larger rooms and with good views.
The room lighting only consisted of bedside lights and at least one overhead light would have helped and specially if trying to work at the small desk. The kettle had a very short lead and the only useable socket was by putting the kettle on an upturned waste bin !
Breakfast was very minimal and specially on fruit options and also on the expensive side for the offering.

Nice grounds, main area presented well on the ground floor.
Quick taxi ride to the center of Cannes.
Accommodation rooms don’t match the ground floor fitout.
WC in our room was in what looked like an old cupboard - it was very tight and the bidet was in bathroom over the hall… go figure that one out.
Bathroom had a bath with a handheld shower that wasn’t wall mounted so you needed to hold it yourself.

Very clean and great property. Loved the pool … The staff made our stay absolutely special, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more..
The hotel is a little far from the downtown but also very pleasant to be away from the noise. Beaches aren’t to far though…

Very pretty location, beautiful views. Room was traditional but nice.
Pool didn’t open until 9am so I was unable to enjoy a swim before my working day. There was no where to eat close by and nothing to offer at the bar even as a snack or drink (the restaurant was closed the night I was staying). My room backed onto the alleyway used by kitchen staff, so was a little noisy when people were smoking. I expect a more enjoyable stay if you were there for a few nights and not there on business.

Really fantastic, friendly hotel with plenty of loungers and space around swimming pool to relax. Great choice for foodies - Fabulous gastronomic chef in residence!! Easy to get to Cannes and Nice as well as Grasse for those that love perfumes!

A cute chateau in the town of Cannes. Loved that there was a pool that wasn't busy and a great place to relax & sunbathe if the beach is not on the agenda. We had a room overlooking the sea which wasn't expected and we watched fireworks from the window that evening.
The cocktails were a little on the pricey side from the bar considering that they were basic cocktails. We had dinner on the terrace by the pool overlooking the sea which was uber romantic and the dinner itself was yummy. The dinner service was attentive but not overbearing for a fine dining experience.

This charming hotel Chateau is at an excellent quiet location in Cannes, 2 min on foot to the beach. We also had a wonderful view of the sea from our window. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious.
