Frühstück war gut, nettes Personal
Der Flur zum Zimmer eine Baustelle, Kabel hing aus der Wand und Decke.
Im Zimmer kein Rauchmelder, eine Dose an der Decke war nicht richtig befestigt, Maler arbeiten waren noch nicht fertig.

Parken in der Garage nur weiter weg möglich
Dafür große Zimmer mit Badewanne
Frühstück war auch gut

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da es vom Winterdorf nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt war. ( 10 bis 12 Minuten )
Es befindet sich, direkt am Bahnhof.
Aber man hört davon überhaupt nichts.
Super Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten.
Zimmer und Bad, sind sehr sauber und modern.
Hatte auch einen Garagen Platz, der nur 2 bis 3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt ist.
Frühstück, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Ich sag nur Mega.
Sehr große Auswahl von allem.
Ein ganz besonders Dankeschön, geht an Frau Elena Ponomarova.
Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich in diesem Zimmer wohlfühlte.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

The hotel is really good, facilities are excellent, good gym and perfect location. The breakfast was fabulous, I am not sure I have had better in Germany!

Location right near the train station, but with a very good sound proofing. 7-10 minutes by foot to the city centre.

Big Smart TV in the room to watch a movie after a long day visiting wonderful Bayreuth
Just a tip:
I noticed people came to have breakfast and there weren't enough tables for them, they had to wait for other guests to finish eating. I suggest increasing the capacity or making a timetable for guests to choose when they want to have breakfast. I didn't have any problem :).

Wow, the room was unexpectedly large & really comfortable with fantastic light. The bathroom is literally bigger than actual hotel rooms I've previously stayed in 🤣. Really recommended, especially if you are travelling by train

Large family room, well lit, modern look, with a safe and mini fridge
The entrance into the hotel is a staircase with makes it a bit of a hustle with a pram/buggy. there’s a ramp but there was a huge plant at the top of the ramp so we needed to carry the pram up the staircases each time. The bar/lounge is not inviting to sit in, first night we got misinformed that it was closed even though sign stated opened. Management discussed this with us and apologised for the misinformation from the employee.

In case you coming by Train to Bayreuth, the ist no better located Hotel in the City.

Rather unexpectedly this unassuming hotel is right next the railway station, close to the city center, has very very clean spacious rooms which are very very quiet (double doors) and a good bed, a good bathroom, excellent breakfast, pleasant service.

Modern, very clean and well kept place within walking distance from the city centre. Tasty and varied breakfast. Staff nice and helpful, I felt welcome.

It's right next to the train station and a short walk away from the town centre. The rooms are spacious, the staff friendly and it quite clean.
Why the poor rating? The staff was nice, the breakfast ok, it was clean, etc... but first and foremost I'll judge a hotel by the quality of sleep I'm getting. That's why I go there, after all. The bed in my room was nearly as hard as the floor, and I couldn't sleep because my back was in pain the whole time. I don't mind a mattress that's on the harder side, but that one was way too hard.
