Hotel s dobrou polohou, elegantní velmi pěkné společné prostory, velmi dobrá snídaně. Pokoj byl moc pěkný, moderní, čistý, hodně místa, stůl, místo na sezení, lednička s minibarem. Zajímavě řešená koupelna, skvělá sprcha, velká TV, pěkný výhled z okna. Postel byla vysoká a velmi měkká a pohodlná. Šikovně řešené osvětlení. Možnost objednání snídaně či dalšího jídla na pokoj.
Na pokoji nás přivítal talíř s ovocem úplně pokrytým plísní, což bylo velmi nechutné a v dobrém hotelu by se to stát nemělo. Odtok ve sprše po několika hodinách bez vody zapáchal (po příchodu do pokoje velmi silně). Koupelna není oddělená, takže na pokoji nemáte soukromí. Obraz TV nekvalitní, velmi omezená nabídka programů a ty české mají o několik vteřin opožděný zvuk. Na chodbě jsou zvuky z pokojů a hlavně přilehlé koupelny velmi slyšet. Postel je na kolečkách, sice se snadno přesouvá, ale dost cestuje, hlavně když se chcete opřít. Někteří zaměstnanci vůbec nerozumí česky. Check-in trval překvapivě dlouho a zaměstnanci měli zmatek v tom, co už je zaplacené - při příjezdu jsme platili za snídani, ani u jedné ze snídaní jsme nebyli na seznamu napsaní a při check-outu po nás málem chtěli zaplatit snídaně znovu.

Ale i přes některé nedostatky to byl moc pěkný hotel..
Milý personál, ale při večerním check inu tam byl pán, co moc česky nerozuměl. Omezené množství českých programů v tv. Špatně izolovaná okna, takže je slyšet každé projíždějící auto.

Big, nice hotel
It was most bad service ever! In 1 a.m. when we was bag after work, there was no light in the room. So we had to change the room. We take all our stuff and go to our room. And my husband just stuck in the elevator. It was closed and didn’t opened for at least 30 minutes. Again, it was in the night and after work. Yes. Mistakes happen, but where was no any apologies from receptionist in the night and even in the morning when I about this both situation for new person on front desk. She was, like: “so what, it is your problem”.

The room was very comfortable - we enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was great too!
We were misinformed about the free parking and ended up paying 70 more euros for it.
I think guests should be informed in advance how much they will be changed for using this service.

location convenient for meetings
No aircon in rooms. Room too hot, could only cool down by opening windows but then very noisy. Wifi/connectivity was very poor.

I stay in this hotel every time when in Prague. It is clean, quiet and overall great value for money. Comfortable beds are a big plus as well.
The check-in process always somehow takes about 10 minutes, even if I enter my info ahead and pay in advance. The parking house is inconvenient to use and expensive, so I usually end up parking about 500m away along the street.

The rooms were overall nice looking and clean, the service was friendly, the breakfast was nothing special but pretty good.
The toilets are not a separate room but basically a stall with a flimsy door that doesn't go all the way up. Very little protection against sounds and smells.
The parking situation is chaotic and overpriced.

Breakfast was quite good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant was good, but prices were a bit high. Room cleaning was very good. Price per night is ok, considering the hotel location.
Had a double room, bed was squeaky and rolling around all the time.
No hot showers at evenings - water was barely hot. At one of the days hot water came out rusty/brownish colour.
Had to remind the reception to send me my invoice, after the stay was already over.
For sharing a room not with your beloved one, consider the open bathroom design with mirrors everywhere.

Hotel in location close to where I needed to be. The breakfast was really good.
Very bad sound insulation - couldn’t fall asleep because I kept hearing doors slamming shut on other rooms. Woken up early by another door slam and noise from traffic outside. Also, very limited parking.
