Buona la colazione e ottima la cena, molto ospitali Adam e Natale dello staff (gli unici ospitali dell'Hotel)
Apprezzato il tentativo di correggere il tiro dell'inospitalità con il regalo del massaggio, ma non sufficiente rispetto a tutte le pecche riscontrate.
Posizione molto tranquilla.
Camera matrimoniale superior: sembra una matrimoniale economica (minuscola!)
Suite: sembra una tripla, forse una junior suite (2 bagni entrambi con doccua totalmente inutili)
Non funzionava televisione decoder in suite, hanno semplicemente suggerito di guardarla nel salottino (pazzesco!)
Insofferenti alla presenza del mio bimbo di 1 anno (siamo stati persino ripresi per aver postato dei bicchieri posizionati su tavolini ad altezza bambino, con la seguente affermazione: "ci sono anche altri ospiti in hotel"; la sala era vuota ............................)
Assenza di servizio bagagli: abbiamo dovuto trasportare noi le valige, con il mero aiuto di una ragazza in reception.

The hotel is well organized for spa time. Breakfast is with many varieties. Location is quite convenient, and with 5 minutes walk you will reach easily downtown.

This is a charming hotel in the middle of the town. Great views and very close to the center
The room was beautiful with a nice terrace but the only bad point is that our bed was not super comfortable but it was good overall

The view to the mountains covered in snow was breathtaking. Breakfast very good.
The SPA was a good choice for a cold day.
You could only stay for one hour in the SPA (which is not mentioned during the booking request). - hour passes by so fast.

A very cosy hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Perfect for skiing as the hotel laid on a bus to ferry us back and forth to the ski lift. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

The hotel was very nice, tiny spa with two saunas was a definite plus. Shuttle service to the slopes was perfect, and overall we enjoyed our stay!

The room was appropriately chalet-like and a bit rustic but very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent - both food and wine. An unusually broad selection of foods was available for breakfast as well. The town is walkable and pleasant. As a September traveler things were not too busy and some restaurants were not open. I'd think the impression would be different if there in peak summer travel or during ski season. The mountains peaks were mostly obscured but it was easy to realize the views would be spectacular in clear weather.

The place is meticulous, spacious, cozy, special atmosphere. Large room, toilet and comfortable shower. Excellent breakfast. They cover the rules of the ceremony. A large selection of food.
Adam received us with a beautiful hospitality, their attitude is excellent. Always ready to help and assist.
