Gutes Mittelklassehotel mit schönen Zimmern im Stadtteil Gries. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr umfangreich; abends haben wir à la Carte gegessen (Südtiroler Küche), was ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist. Das Hotel ist gut per Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach fünf Minuten erreicht man außerdem die Guntschna-Promenade, einen schönen Höhenweg mit Panoramablick. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße mit Balkon, wo es angenehm ruhig war.
Beim Frühstück war es durch eine große Reisegruppe und den entsprechenden logistischen Aufwand durch das Personal manchmal etwas unruhig.

The position is fine, not far from the centre.
The rooms are clean and the staff met my requests.
If you are a tourist this hotel is a good compromise.
We had no warm water and the hotel didn't propose any discount.
The breakfast is fine but nothing special.
To have the parking place you have to pay an extra and it was not clear from the beginning.
I reserved a double with a big bed and I got the first double with 2 beds. Nobody checked in advance and I had to notice to the staff.

Hotel location is 15/20 minutes walk from the center of town, but the hotel offers the guests a pass for all town buses. Very clean garage and cheap. Room and bathroom very clean and no problems with our dog

We really enjoyed this our three night stay at the hotel. The place is clean, the room was big enough and very clean. Since we had a car a parking lot very close to the hotel was an advantage.

Location was perfect for us. They have very nice and safe parking. The staff was very gentle. The breakfast was very yummy. It was very clea, well presented and organised rooms. We will repeat.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was simple but good enough for us.
The room was quite small for a family, it was a bit of a walk (10 mins) to town which was no issue for us. Parking is not guaranteed. We had street parking where available. The hosts advised there was a parking garage nearby however they believed it was already full.

We loved our stay at Hotel Post Gries. We could easily find our way around town by using the public transport and walking. We were also able to decide spontaneously each morning if we were to join for breakfast. The breakfast had a huge variety of all the needed components and a delicious cappuccino. Everything was prepared fresh and we can highly recommend this hotel. The Bolzano city cards are awesome and allows you to save plenty of money!

Friendly staff, clean room. The hotel is located quite far from the central station and city centre but still reachable by foot and by bus. The hotel provides you with the Bolzano Card which you can use for public transportation (including trains), museums and tourist attractions.
The room was tiny and, I'd say, overpriced - but Bolzano is expensive in general. Also, I wouldn't recommend breakfast in this hotel.

Everything! The room was perfect and the location as well.
The room wasn't too small, toilet with bidet, a small desk and chair.
Only drawback was the impossibility to use the air conditioning system to warm up the room after coming back to the hotel at night. It must be said it wasn't really cold and the heating turns up automatically early in the morning.

Very clean, cousy, fantastic staff, the station for the city center is right next to the hotel, walking distance 20 minutes to the city center.

Nice family run hotel. Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms rooms with AC. Parking is available close by at a discounted rate. Breakfast and restaurant good, breakfast buffet could be a little more varied but in general acceptable. Location good only 5 mins walk from the main areas. Overall I liked this hotel and would definately stay again.

The hotel is old-fashioned in style but up-to-date in facilities. It's located in a quiet suburb about 45 minutes walk from the train station - a pleasant and interesting walk. Our room was very comfortable and had views of the mountains. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Only the price! This was the most expensive place where we stayed in a two-week backpacking tour!

Excellent room. Big bathroom and comfortable beds. Friendly staff as well. Parking can be done in nearby parking garage and the Hotel has a great deal making it 5 euro per day.
