Very nice, plenty of room, nice bathroom, robes and slippers, bed comfortable with a little balcony. Tv had fair number of English channels, some room service, great breakfast for 18 euros per person so filled up and didn’t need lunch

Water was free but didn’t give us more on third day. Stayed four days. However you can get water at breakfast and bring back to room

Spacious room at the rear of the property, so noise wasn't much of a problem. Friendly reception staff, quick and easy check in process and supportive when I had an issue.

Being picky, the bathroom shower cubicle could do with a bit of TLC, the floor was heavily stained from the complementry shower gels/shampoo which is orange coloured, but that is all I can complain about.

Źle działająca klimatyzacja - albo działa na max albo trzeba wyłączyć, nie dostosowuje się do ustawionej temperatury. Wieje wprost na łóżko. Pokój Deluxe dość mały. Tylko jeden fotelik ( na zdjęciach dwa). Słychać metro. Pokoje dość leciwe, stare. Podniszczone tanie meble. Słaba konstrukcja drzwi, słychać wszystko z korytarza, zwłaszcza jak ktoś obok zamyka drzwi. Na pewno nie jest to standard na 4 gwiazdki.

The location of this hotel is superb - it's extremely central surrounded by wonderful little cafes, bakeries, ice-creameries and bars. The staff of the hotel are remarkable - they have been nothing but friendly and most helpful every single day of our stay - always greeting us with a smile.

The room was very small. We stayed in the hotel for 9 days and it did feel a bit claustrophobic. The room didn't have a wardrobe or even a place to put your suitcase so it felt like we were living in an open suitcase. The shower design meant that each time you showered, the bathroom floor would fill up with water.

I just been to Cram Hotel! Everything was wonderful! From the staff,to the hotel,breakfast was incredible . I will be back.

It feels like an express hotel, very small and simple, good location but the cleaning was not good, my friends paid a few euros more in another hotel and they had a gym with sauna and more amenities

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, so peaceful & has an exception rooftop bar. The rooms are very specious with balcony, very spa like. Comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this hotel !
