Beutyful location lovly hotel and very kind pepole

A very beautiful resort, wonderful views, exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A perfect place to relax.

The beginning of April is still a bit chilly to fully enjoy the lovely pool and beach. And, the wifi connection in the room was a bit flaky. Other than that, everything was no less than perfect. We enjoyed a lot, thanks very much.

It would be good to repair the stairs to the sea on the stone beach. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful, relaxing hotel with exceptional staff who provide a high level of service. Lovely swimming pool and private beach were great for swimming.

The only negative point about this lovely hotel is that I feel it would need some renovation, especially the rooms. My 12 year old daughter had to sleep directly on an old sofa, just below the A/C. Caught a cold.

Excellent breakfast. All staff were charming.

Friendly staff, great and fast room service. Clean rooms, pools, water and beach. Variety and tasty food, including in room service, it works from 7:00 to 10:30 for breakfast and then 11:00 - 22:00, but there are some meals available for 24h. Any of the staff is ready to help and resolve an issue with personal approach or find the way to solve it. SPA, restaurants and other services from other neighbouring Elounda S.A. HOTELS & RESORTS hotels. There is a free transfer between them. Good location and great views.

The front desk staff are wonderful. Helpful and kind. Loved the staff!

A bit on the old side - but charming. 'Do Not Disturb' almost never followed.

Poor internet speed

The personnel was exceptional . Very helpful and always smiling. I hope they get paid well. They deserve it. The Bangalows have outstanding privacy and they are very quiet. The views of the sea and the island are beautiful. The hotel is also very clean and the rooms are being cleaned twice every day.

The breakfast needs A LOT of improvement. It is subpar and unfortunately I spotted flies around the breakfast buffet . The food at the hotel restaurants is good but very very very expensive . It’s not worth it in my opinion. There are many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive at 1/3 of the price. The furniture in the bungalows desperately need updating especially the ones on the patios which all felt like they were ready to collapse . The bathrooms have bathtubs that have obvious structural damage . The private pools need updated with side rails around the entrance steps so older people can enter and exit the pools safer. Overall in my opinion you pay more than what you get and that is the reason we will not be going back next year.

Fabulous location. Incredibly conscientious staff. Great food. Best of all was refreshing dips in the en suite private, saltwater pool

Location and facilities were great but the forte of this hotel are the staff who are extremely friendly and efficient. Highly trcommended
