Compared to 3 starts hotel , it was clean and near to the beach and Nordby shopping center .
So much noise!!! It is impossible to relax or sleep!!! The sofa bed is not comfortable at all! The reception was a nice lady But she told me very direct that you haven’t paid for 2 adults and one kid !! I replied I am sure that I did. She checked and said oh yes ! And no apologies!! It is not polite to treat the guests like that. The breakfast was not Buffet it was on paper bag for each person . Not so much options

They usually have a nice breakfast buffet.
Room is practical with cabin feel to it. The hotel has good location, right next to nordby shopping.
Missed the nice breakfast buffet they usually have. But its understandable with the pre selected food in bag since they are doing a big reno on the main building.
The direction of the temporary reception could have been better marked with directions on front of main entrance.

durch die Renovierung des Hauptgebäute gab es Lanchpakete und Kaffee zum dort essen oder mitnehmen, war soweit okay
Parkplätze sind immer knapp wenn man später anreist und der Preis für den Hund ist sehr hoch geworden.

Veldig dårlige fasiliteter, luktet kloak, var iskaldt på rommet når vi kom og rommet lot seg ikke varme opp før 3,5timer senere, var ikke red opp For den 3 personen og frokosten var rundstykke i en pose. Hadde hotelle vært rimeligst hadde jeg ikke brydd meg. Men til den prisen forventa jeg faktisk litt.

De pusser opp hotellet og d er ingen Internett eller Tv. I tillegg får du utlevert en liten pose med frokost. For dyrt når hotellet er under oppussing. Ble ikke opplyst om ingen Internett eller tv ved bestilling

Skønt værelse med terasse og separat soveværelse. Badeværelse fremstod nyistandsat. Alt var rent og pænt og personalet var søde og imødekommende.
Terassen var super!
Vi kommer meget gerne igen.
Der manglede måske et lille køleskab, men ikke noget must.

The location was good, rom ok but the romm was not tidy enoght. There still a lot dust on the floor and table was dirty. Toilet not clean enough there also dirty on the glass .
But breackfast is very good👍☺️
I like the breackfast is very good and they have a system after eat the guess help to clean up the table

Our room was nice and clean. We were there only 1 night but it was very cozy.
We informed the hotel that we'll probably come after 22h (we were driving 1000 km that day) and we got message that we need to call the security (number was on the door). We called him and he probably wasn't informed about us and he told us that the reception is closed. We tried to explain him that we have reservation then he told us that he'll be there in 15 min. Meanwhile a recetionist who was still in the hotel (it was 22:15) opened the door and told us that the reception is closed !? He gave us the keys but it wasn't polite and friendly specially when we told in advance that we'll probably be late. It wasn't middle of the night it was 22:15 - it wasn't even night there! And also - if you advertise your hotel as pet friendly - pets should be allowed in hotel facilities, not only in the rooms - in this case it is only pet tolerant hotel.

This is a perfect hotel for us when we want to spend the night near the shopping centre by the Norwegian border. Rooms are no nonsense and practical. Car parking is free and close to the room. Beds are comfortable and there is a nice little seating area. Breakfast was excellent, especially the hot food.
I would have liked more accessible electric sockets for charging various devices.

Nice Staff. OK position close to the highway if you're just travelling between Norway and Sweden. Decent though simple rooms and breakfast.
Very essential and cheap rooms and facilities. Not particularly nice location, surrounded by shopping malls and road junctions.

The food and the service are very poor.

Easy to access and have my own entry.
I only stayed for the night but I believe the terrace would be so nice if staying a bit longer and during a warmer day.
