Madame went out of her way to be flexible about breakfast content and timing and she was generally helpful.

Room rather dingy, but this is obvious from photos.

Very friendly staff. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. She was very understanding despite our very late arrival and our lack of communication.

Since the hotel is next to the main road, and the room was really hot (due to the summer heat wave), we had to leave the door open while sleeping and wake up in the morning with all the cars noises.

We never got in the hotel, as no one showed up to the reception! They asked to inform if we arrive before 5pm, we did so, by email and by phone, left phone messages too. No answer. We waited from 2.30pm to almost 6pm - no one came. It was hot, about +33 degrees! A lady called as at about 6.30pm giving explanations... but then we were already on the road away form the town - and looking for another hotel and luckily found it in Metz late in the evening. And got good service!

Everything. Seems this hotel is in its sunset.... maybe once it has been a proper kept hotel, mayby.

the rooms were comfortable, clean and warm and the lady in reception was exceptionally kind and friendly

The location was excellent The manager/owner was very helpful securing my bicycle

the position near centrum, free parking zone, free wifi, elevator, entrance area is pretty nice, PCR lab testing nearby as well.

unfortunately no breakfast but a coffee nescafe provided with a cookie in the morning but you need to ask. WC were not very clean. Room was warm although a small window was open in the bathroom, TV size is small but decent for the room. Single bed size is rather small and I am not tall person, mattress is not recommended for more than 2 nights
