I did not like the hotel.
i arrived and the room was wrong, they put us in a dirty and old room. The next day I arrived and there were no more spaces in the parking lot. Rooms are dirty, breakfast is awful, bad coffee.

cleaning, rude professionals, bad breakfast, broken and dirty kids space, lack of parking when it's full.

Close to downtown but not to walk with a small child (car required). Hotel is overall good but I stayed in an older room, there are remodeled ones that are much better.
Bathroom is too small in special if you need to give a bath to a small child. There is a bit of noise since the hotel is in a major street so cars are crossing all the time.

Indoor Parking. Easy access by car, very near from Gramado main street.

Four beds almost all together in family room.
No carpet in the corridors, other children make noise in the morning.
