Schitterende locatie aan het strand.
Goed Beach restaurant naast het hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Het voeren van de vogels door de gasten terwijl dat niet mag en het personeel dat daar niets van zegt.

Pool ridiculously too hot
They never respond to my mail to be sure to have a nice room and guess what, the room was with no view.
They ask to pay before arriving to keep your reservation...

Habitaciones limpias e higiénicas. Buen desayuno, linda piscina temperada. excelente acceso a la playa. Bonitas instalaciones y el Lobby muy bonito.

Aynı lokasyonda daha önce de konakladığımızda denizde deniz anası yoktu. Ama bu sefer çok sayıda ve büyük deniz anası mevcuttu.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is adjacent to Kata beach, but the beach is very crowded. There are a lot of different cafes, restaurants, bars around. Also within walking distance is the Kata night market.
The hotel is not very new. Breakfast is very poor; one day the coffee machines were turned off before breakfast was over. The rooms do not have bathrobes, slippers, and hair dryers. We requested a crib for the child, but it was not provided. The water in the pool is too warm and it is not deep. The staff at the beach bar is very slow.

Location right on beach was fantastic. All facilities, room, speed of elevators and breakfast choices were great.
Cocktails were expensive and not made with real fruit. Dining was expensive and cheaper options were nearby.

The location and pool are amazing!
Our bed was full of bed bugs and both my partner and I suffered many bites from the bugs. The room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived and even though we kept the door closed the whole time, our room remained full of mosquitoes.

The hotel and location are beautiful, right in front of a gorgeous beach.
We paid for a room with ocean view, unfortunately the walls are paper thin and our room was connected through doors to the two neighboring rooms so we could hear absolutely everything through the walls. We ended up getting downgraded to a room on the ground floor.

Location, facilities, pool and the beach are perfect for an enjoyable holiday, plus the overall look of the resort is very pleasant.
Didn't spoil the overall experience but could do with some upgrading on the interior design look of the rooms and bathrooms. And the selection of food and quality at the beachfront restaurant could be stepped up.
