Fabulous hotel with such lovely and kind hosts who are genuinely focussed on making sure guests have a great stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. There was a nice sofa to sit on and a little kitchenette. The hotel had such a lovely atmosphere and everything was done to make the guests stay as pleasant as possible. I did not have a car but there was a regular bus service into Pau.

great stopover, nothing too much trouble (helped with luggage to our room, egg and bacon for breakfast, replacement key when misplaced), rooms are amazing and have everything you could possibly need including hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, swimming pool perfect to cool down in

very good value. but the best thing about this place is the hospitality and the service. Veronique and Marc are more helpful and friendly than many 5 star hosts!

Very quiet and beautiful place. The host is very nice and welcoming, responds to all requests very quick. Enjoyed the place a lot.

Customer Service at his Best

Family Management who give you a very high customer service. They do everything to make you feel comfortable. They gave us a lot of information for the rest of our trip to the ocean.Very nice and authentic people. All rooms are XXL size with terrace chairs and table + kitchenette. parking easy and secured at night. Very nice garden well maintained with nice swimming pool.

The room is very clean, the outside environment is also very good, the scenery is very beautiful, especially the swimming pool is very clean.

It is far from the city center, it is difficult to get a taxi when going out at night.
