Everything is good

We have been to this hotel for the 4th time, each time the quality gets worse and worse, the last time we arrived we were shocked, the food was not fresh, the room was scary to leave because things are constantly being rummaged through, perfumes are used, money disappears, the service person is an administrator who works on work days at all. It's terrible, 1 night before departure, the administrator called us and told us to leave the room because he rented it by mistake and we have to move out of the hotel within an hour because there are no rooms available either, the worst hotel I've ever visited, I don't recommend it to anyone.

so dirty place and little works

Shower. Thats literally all I liked unfortunately and even the shower lacked towels and I had to call 3 times to get towels and even had to go reception to request towels.

Breakfast wasn’t fresh, except for scrambled eggs. For juice we had to pay an additional 2 euro. Room wasn’t four star quality. Beds gave us literally back-pain Value for price Cockroaches at our rooms No towels Hallways were completely dark, we easily got lost People smoked while we were having breakfast which made our breakfast even more unpleasant. No free wifi in the rooms It supposed to be a four star hotel but I genuinely don’t know which star they deserve, maybe the location.

The worst service, the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. They really need to improve to be more polite to their clients. I have many negative things to say but I hope they will improve in the future

i like location of hotel

Air con worked fine.....

The room was horrible. Looked like they were choosing paint colours as the was a big number 1 painted on the wall. Paint matching probably. They are well away of the flight times to various UK destinations, also away that most UK networks don't allow turkey in any packages and so to communicate back home you need Wi-Fi.... well at the point of checkout they shut it off on you. Charming. The Wi-Fi was terrible anyway but on the last day wjen your just triple checking things it's a bit off compared to other places I've been. Food was average at best. This is nothing more than an average 3 star hotel. Not the most helpful of customer services. But a few of the chaps working in bars were really good and helpful. But overall this is too exoensive for what it is. There are better and there are worse. This is just my own personal opinion.
