Pool was nice

No kettle or tea.making facilities in room. Room a bit old, tatty and dated. Was clean enough however

the pool was great to have and the bed itself was comfy.

staff were nowhere to be seen. When I first arrived I was waiting for about 20 mins for someone to show up at reception. there was no bell to ring so I just had to wait. it was the same the following day and the next evening. I didn’t enjoy having to change location for breakfast either, but at least there was a transfer. the room had bad lighting, no kettle, and the shower was not adjusted and had no curtain. I would also suggest a light rug/carpet as the floor was so squeaky.

No greeting drink. No breakfast/restaurant.

We’ve been staying at this hotel a few time yes we do like it but it has been second time now that the room fail on us. We booked family room this time and the light switch for the main lights doesn’t work so I had to cover towels and blanket over the bunk bed so that you it would make the bottom bunk less light when we couldn’t turn off the main lights. So the room needs some maintenance. Bathroom is quite small with the bathtub and showering makes it wet on the floor. Overall touch up on the rooms would have the resort looking nice.
