Não gostei de ter que pedir pra arrumarem os quartos. Se não avisar, simplesmente o quarto não é arrumado. E isto é uma regra, não um esquecimento.

Ok breakfast, but not a lot of options. They also don't have ice. The rooms didn't have a blanket, only the sheets.

Wifi is so bad you have to go to the reception to have good signal. bed sheet dirty, no socket close to the bed. very expensive for the quality

Location is OK, rooms are basic but is the price you paid

Staff is rude, not helpful and answer in a bad way when you question something. Wifi never worked in my room, I asked 3 times during the day and always said that I had to wait a little bit more. When I asked for the administrator to solve this situation, they told me to come back the next day and never gave me a solution to the wifi issue. Staff was really rude and I decided to leave the hotel only after 4 hours there. They had to refun my money. Never go to this hotel, is a dirty hole.

Comparatively nice rooms when it comes to Sao Luis. Better maintained. Location is alright. Could check in a bit earlier. There is a laundry shop and a 24 hour convenience store on the property.

Very underwhelming breakfast in super weird location. WiFi was terrible (room 420) and I used up all my data there, because it got disconnected that often.
