Location was good, many restuarants on surrounding streets Particular staff when on duty were very helpful Premium rooms have pool access from rear Modern & fresh vibes

Pool could have been cleaner Check in to another room was delayed untill after 6pm Swim up bar didn't have staff on some occasions Reduced external restuarant hours and menu No lower level standard rooms ( had to drag pram up and down staircase )

Check in was quick

Internet was problematic

The staff was exceptional! They catered to my every need no matter what. The little restaurant right outside the entrance Jackfruit has the best sourdough bread in all of Bali. I am a baker & make my own sourdough bread. Thought my bread was pretty good but their's is King!

The hotel staff were beautiful people, accommodating and generous. The rooms were of a generous size. The pool is somewhere you cam swim over to chat to people or have your own space. Extremely close to everything while on a quiet courtyard

Internet could not be used between 11pm and 7am. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open.

The property was in a perfect location I love that the staff do everything to help if there is a problem rooms cleaned every day

I didn’t like that you couldn’t access the other rooms from pool area doors but we were a group of 8 side by side we managed needs a splash of paint around pool area but that’s minor

The staff were friendly, location was great

We were completely surprised with how delightful this property was. It has had a refurb since I last visit in 2018, and looks great. The staff are so amazing, especially Jenny. Our pool access rooms were only $82 a night and worth every penny. We had such a great time, perfect location, delicious food and drinks from Jackfruit and cheap as chips! The resort was also super clean and well maintained!

Our only complaint would be the showers. Not much pressure and it took about 7 minutes for hot water to start!
