Restaurant downstairs was good in service.
Location is some way off from most attractions, hotel staff in general do not speak English, room cleaning was not good, asked for help multiple times with faulty machines in the room with no resolution but just excuse after excuse. Wardrobe door was broken, coffee machine was broken, one shower wasnt working properly, bed pillows are just awful.

staff is absolutely useless, could not tell me how long is it from the airport!!! also some degrading habits like, ask me what did I take from mini bar, then ask the staff to check it up, then ask me again, that makes you feel very uncomfortable, to say the least, if you don't trust your clients, don't ask them!!!!

staff were all nice. good breakfast. price is good for what you get
needs renovation. not all staff speak English. there was a football team that were staying on the same floor with use and they would leave their sweaty jerseys in the corridor the be picked up and clean. it was not a nice looking (or smelling) sight

Top class hotel with a very helpful and professional staff at every departments.
Excellent service and delicious food for the breakfast and the dinner.
The laundry service was really high class level.

The hotel is really great!
-the staff is really friendly and helpful and was willing to solve any question that I had
-the hotel is really beautiful, the facilities are new and clean
-the bed was really comfortable, you could select pillows from 3 or 4 options
-breakfast was really tasty and has a lot to offer, we did not get bored after staying there for 9 days.
-we ordered dinner to the room almost every day - the restaurant is superb! Amazing quality, big portions and affordable prices
-sauna and pool were great, not many people there (we were by ourselves most of the time)
-wifi was excellent. I had to work from the hotel and wifi connection was always strong, allowing video calls
-location is nice - 30 mins by taxi from the airport and about 40 mins to the city center. Far from the business of Istanbul, has calm surroundings and supermarket with cafes 5 mins by foot
-price was good for this amazing experience!
The dogs around the hotel barked at me a couple of times, which was scary
