The opposite lake was the best attraction. This hotel will be great if the facilities are upgraded .
The carpark and the poor breakfast. The lift smelled to be honest. The rooms are very sparingly decorated . Will give them a 2 to 3star rating hotel only . The receptionist not very helpful when we enquire on why no car park available for guest . They just said reserved for their buffet guest😂

location was terrific for the outdoorsy person with the lake gardens in front of it. Parking attendance were very helpful and friendly. Omelette station guy at breakfast was very nice. Staff were all very helpful.
Better soundproofing of the walls and hallways as there were kids running up and down and screaming on my floor until 2am on my last night there. Parking was very limited and the basement parking was tight.

The rooms were beautifully renovated and upgraded with more modern furniture. A massive improvement that was needed to refresh this iconic hotel. The parking attendant was very helpful in directing my massive car into their indoor parking. As always, love the location in front of the park. I kept going out for walks and to the cafes and eateries nearby.
Limited indoor parking but outdoor parking is available when it's full.

The facilities and complimentary breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from my room was superb.
Nothing to complain about. There was a need for minor maintenance (the bathroom door was chipped and peeling) and there was a fairly constant sound of water dripping.

We wanted to stay close to Taiping Lake , thus Flemington Hotel is the ideal choice.
Breakfast was very ordinary . We got the twin romm upgraded to Junior suite with lake view but the room was noisy during wee hours from motorcycles outside the windows .

the air conditioner wasnt cold enough perhaps my small sugestion to create a guideline how to use air conditioner aircond remote with step by step to teach user how to utilize and make room cold

Location very strategic, near lake..very nice surrounding, cool relaxing places. Many food restaurant just walk around 5 minutes from hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, easy check in earlier 2.30 pm..room was ready
Need to upgrade cleanliness.. stain nd smelly carpet floor. Toilet also not clean properly, bed not comfy . Limited parking.

Near the beautiful Lake Garden
Stayed in a connecting room, one room acceptable, and the other one very run down. Soap dish in the bathroom broken and no tray for shampoo and etc.had to put shampoo and etc on the floor..toilet seats disgusting. See photo
Hair found on unused towel in the bathroom and bedsheets. Request for change, but no action.probably due to full occupancy during CNY.

We like the warm welcome and very friendly staff. So modest but all basics are well accomodated. Very closed to the zoo and the parks .

Musky smell in floor hallway and in room. Smells like wet carpet.
Maybe it is just my room, but i swear there are bed bugs.
