This hotel might have been 4 stars in the 90ies when it was built. The "breakfast buffet" was 2 dry pieces of toast and an omelette.

Breakfast for 200Bath, really terible :(( The hotel is neglected, without tourists, the rooms have old mattresses and beds. At the entrance, hotel taxi drivers annoy you and offer expensive services without a taximeter.

Location to the markets around Pratunam area. We were on the executive floor which was ok. The pool is open to use during the day. Staff make an effort to be nice but not enough staff on duty due to low occupancy rates.

Breakfast as others before me have made comments. I would much prefer an offering of an Asian breakfast. I don't go to Asia to eat bad western food. The hotel is still a ghost town with minimal visitors since covid. Perhaps turn on more lights in the Lobby as well as the downstairs area. Play a little Thai music, small thing to improve the atmosphere Make it look more inviting. The empty shop downstairs fill with a few Thai statues on display. Check in; although there are minimal tourists staying, they wait till 2pm before letting you into your room not good customer relations for a hotel trying to improve occupancy. We travel extensively and the majority let you check in as soon as a room is available. There appeared to only be 2 cleaners on the whole floor.

Having stayed there in 2012, it was so sad to see the beautiful lobby in darkness with no one to welcome you. The majority of facilities look as though they have not been in use for some time with the pool area looking neglected. It was almost like a ghost hotel. The breakfast was horrific and we only had it in the first day as it was so bad and found alternatives for the remainder of our stay.

That’s a hard one to answer at thus place, close to Platinum mall probably the best I can do

Breakfast was terrible, really lowest quality possible. Not even tea or coffee available, guests were going down stairs to Starbucks and bringing it back for breakfast, tv was from the 70s, not even a robe in the closet. I can’t tell you about the view because the windows have not been cleaned in a long long time.

You cant beat the area also closeness to airport BTS. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The fixed breakfast could do with some changes. Perhaps include a choice of a Thai breakfast set.

Location is great in the centre of Pratinum. Rooms are large and comfortable. Hot showers and room cleaned daily with fresh towels. The manager couldn’t help us with our requests due to the changes in the hotel so we spoke on the phone to the owner who was lovely and accommodated our needs.

The foyer has moved to the 4th floor so entry to the hotel is now very dark and empty. Breakfast is a non event with reheated rubbish. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE BREAKFAST HERE. Pool area is unkempt and Kiddies pool is empty. The photos shown are not what the hotel is trying to represent anymore so don’t be fooled by them, a real shame. We won’t stay here again EVER!
