Come si è comportato il proprietario poco accogliente e non abbiamo mai avuto modo di vederlo anche quando avevamo bisogno di alcune cose necessarie

La ubicación. Y que el piso estaba reformado. El piso esta muy bien para hacer turismo por el centro de Madrid a lado de la parada de Metro de Gran vía y muy cerca de Sol a pie. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Madrid iré al mismo apartamento. Una gra elección.
El mantenimiento del inmueble. El pomo de la puerta blindaba estaba medio suelto. El sofá cama no era cómodo. El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien. El pomo del grifo del baño estaba suelto.

Great central location in Madrid. We walked to museums, shops and plaza. The apartment was supper clean and recently renovated. Very nice!
Communication about meeting for check in could have been better.

I travelled with my two teenage daughters and stayed here for two nights. We loved this unit because of its location. It’s a 3-minute walk to Metro station and surrounded by eateries. Walking distance to historical center as well. The unit is newly renovated and had new gadgets. Great air conditioning.
the only issue we had was the free Wi-Fi, which was nonexistent most of time and when it does appear you can’t connect. My roaming data was also difficult to use because of poor connection. The host doesn’t seem to respond to inquires

Recently refurbished. Very nice inside with everything brand new, including appliances.
The upper shelves in the kitchen are too high. Inclusion of a vacuum would be great, especially for longer-term stays. As management is offsite, obtaining keys can be difficult if you don't have roaming

Location is the main key. Very close to grocery store and pharmacy. Also 15 minutes walk to Gran Via train station.
Provide customer more clean towels. Even though there is a washing machine in the apartment….when on vacation customer don’t have time to wash towels. Time is the essence.

The location is excellent - close to everything
It is not like the photos. The sofa was dirty. The courtyard was filthy and unusable. The power point in the kitchen was falling out of the wall. The bed was uncomfortable - a memory foam type bed. Crockery was minimal and some of it chipped and stained . No wine glasses. It did seem too good to be true for the location and price and it was .

The host was so kind and assist us on time.
We were not warned that in the immediate vicinity of the closest building, repair work was going on and the construction noise started as early as 8 in the morning until the afternoon. It was only right that we should be notified of this purpose, because it was unfortunately constantly noisy throughout our stay.

The location of the property. It nicely located in the city central, having very easy access to Sol, Gran Via, and other points on interest in Madrid central area.
During winter, the unit is cold ! When we entered the unit, all sections in the unit were freezing. The hallway was cold all the time because there was no heat. The bathroom lacked of maintenance as we saw molds on the ceiling, hence making it look dirty. The bathroom was also very cold, and we shivered most of the time everytime we used the bathroom since there was no heat as well. Bathroom should be heated during winter. The kitchen was tiny and cold as well. The tv room was not as we expected. It was cold, because the radiator for the room was removed from its location (we saw the photo there was one, but when we were there, there was not). The heater was using the aircon system which was useless, because the room stayed cold. The heating system should be placed near the floor, not at the top of the room. The floor was also cold, making us wear socks and sweater all the time in that tv room. The hallway, from kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom door cold. The only warm area was only the bedroom.
the overall space of the property was tiny, and not as we expected. Most of the area in the property was cold, making it very uncomfortable during winter stay.
Even the elevator was small. When you have a cabin-sized luggage, a duffle bag, and two people in the elevator, the elevator space would not fit. Luckily the unit was only one floor up.
The sections were small. The tv room, the kitchen, the hallway inside the unit, the bathroom, even the bedroom. We had to put our luggage on the floor and had to place somewhat so that the suitcase did not block our way.
Simply put, very uncomfortable and it ruined our experience.

Great size apartment and great location.
Very noisy neighbours made it hard to have a sleep in. If you like getting woken around 6am then you'll love it.

I was able to meet a representative of the rental company at the building. They also allowed me to store my luggage when I arrived early before the apartment was ready. The apartment itself is really nicely set up, with just a few steps before the elevator, a nice bedroom with blackout shutters, a small kitchen and a living/dining area. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Bathroom is roomy with a washing machine, and there's a central patio/terrace for good weather. Lots of light, comfy mattress...
Only minor drawbacks about the apartment: a latch on the door to the patio needs attention. There's work going on in the building across the street, but if you're out during the day, it really doesn't affect you at all. The electric teakettle is broken and needs to be replaced. Again, minor quibbles.

Location was great. The apartment was larger than expected. It has a little sort of indoor balcony that was kind of cool.

The place looks really like in the pics. Clean, nice, you can check-in/check-out in what time you need. Pleasant owner, really close to the center, everything in a walking distance. Safe street and the store was exactly in front of the apartment, also really great price. I would definitely recommended this place if you decide to go to Madrid.
