This 5 star hotel has no swimming pool. The room is quite cramped even though it’s a 68 mt sq. room. Located in a rundown area.

Location is ok but a bit far from the metro train station

Bed and pillows arent not too comfortable. Bathroom are a bit dark. Some plates & cutlery in the kitchen would be good.

Location is very good and really good view on the top floors. Comfortable bed and shower facilities .

For a Kempinski breakfast was not up to standard ( apart from the fact that i asked in advance not to be charged for when not using it and this was not accepted . Rooms look bigger in pictures and furniture a bit dated .

It's definitely not a Kempinski level hotel. Seems only label and name from Kempinski. Rooms are old and dirty. Every bathroom has a mold. It's pretty bad. I wont stay there again.

There's washing machine in the room so it makes your life easier when you stay a bit longer.

We left the room in the morning with all suitcases locked then came back at night. We were very surprised to see that one of our luggages was being unlocked! The zipper was open & when we checked inside it, we found out our box with dragon statue inside was also open! So it was clear that the cleaning service did naughty thing to our luggage. We complained to the front desk the following day but they did not give any responses & take further action. They just listened & we took initiative not to let anyone clean up the room. Until we checked out & complained about this to different person in the receptionist there was nothing but smile as if nothing happened! Another complain, the curtain in the bathroom cannot be closed properly so from the outside can see inside!

酒店的设施比较陈旧，给我的所谓升级的房间，其实是最最基本的普通的套房房间，格局很小，比较拥挤。卫生间也很狭窄。

Room was nice but didn't come across anything like the photographs on the web site or on booking.com. It was nowhere near as spacious as we thought it would be but it was still a nice stay. The staff were very helpful and the location is good - short walk to a main metro line and a longer but relatively easy walk to main attractions like People's Square, Nanjing Road and The Bund.

The bed was less than comfortable, a night on concrete blocks would be a more accurate description of the comfort level - if you like firm beds then this is your place but if not then you are in for a bit of a shock. The room overall was nice and had plenty of wardrobe and storage space but the Nespresso coffee machine did not work properly it kept crushing the aluminium capsules and after about 6 of them being destroyed we gave up - there is a Starbucks about 25 metres, or less than 1 minute walk from the hotel front door so caffiene fix was at hand.
