The place was close to the route I was taking (travelling from Norway to France).
The whole of south Sweden was ridiculously expensive, and this was one of the cheapest that stated it was a hotel (1000SEK / 100€). I would have preferred Gotenburg but the prices there were several thousand Kroner. Clearly making profits out of desperate travellers.
The hotel was more like a hostel, private room and toilet, but a shared shower and no food or breakfast (they suggested the local store to buy food, which was closed until 8am the next day.
If the room was around 40€ it would be understandable, but I stayed in the Netherlands for 60€ in a much better room.

Kind owner, good communication. Calm location near the Goteborg - Helsingborg motorway. Comfortable parking.
Room walls could be insulated better, a room neighbouring with a kitchen is noisy when a kitchen is used by other guests.

Nice hostel next to the beach. The room was good, we had our own toilet (as I got it, every room owns one). There is a common kitchen (everything there we needed for our breakfast) and a shared shower (wich we did not use).
It's a unique old place - what we loved, but unfortunately our neighbours were very noisy at night.
There was enough space for parking and its only a stones throw away from the beach. The owner had tipps for us and was very friendly.
The Wifi was working good.
We booked very spontaneous, wherefore the price was ok.
The bed creaked a bit and you could hear your neighbours walk/talk.
We had luck with the weather and could eat outside, but there are not many options to eat inside.

The room had very low ceiling. The bathroom didn’t drain well. The room had poor temperature control.

booked room at property but they shifted us to another hotel . in morning was asked for more money then booked . had to discuss that before they agree to charge the booking amount

The location is really great and only a short walk away from a popular beach. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner. A "homey" feel to it. Friendly staff. There is a BBQ outside in the court yard and parking very close.
Black out blinds would have been nice and there is a draft from the windows, but fortunately it wasn't cold during our stay there. Staying in the family room with our own facilities the only thing that bothered me was that I kept bumping my head on one of the rafters while climbing up and down the ladder to the loft.

They didn't have tv and rooms were not great. We couldn't close the toilet door it's that bad. It's costly also.

Cute little cottages which are close to the beach. Reception was quick and friendly and we loved our little room.

Fantastic location very close to the beach and easily reachable from the highway.
Room was neighboring with kitchen which made it pretty noisy in the morning.

The location is amazing according that it is 150 meters to the beach! Cute and old building divided into several rooms. One big garden which is used for dining. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Shared showers, mostly cleaned (but it’s responsibility of people who use it and we were lucky to find it clean). Management was very friendly and helpful - we got info about all caffes around (not so many tho, but we cooked by ourselves). Also you can get info about renting cars and bikes. We did a trip up to Halmstad. The beach there is great, nothing to complain about.
The main for us was that this place is 100% dog’s friendly 😍 We would love to come back later!
The building is very old and it doesn’t bother at all as it has modern paining, but the sink in the toilet inside our room had old fashion style without a mixer (two separate taps for hot and cold water). That was a bit uncomfortable.
