The location, the room with sea view, the staff and even the bed was in top class.
Everything was great, but the coffee could be better.

Breakfast are somewhat limited, but still ok. The room was spacious and really clean. The balcony was big.
The beach is really nice and clean, not too many people. Beach bar is good, although only cash is accepted.
Breakfast coffee is really bad and could definitely improve.
Shower needs curtains or doors as the water leaks otherwise.

Cleaning in room and in the hotel, private beach, towels change every 2 days...Overall I recommend!

My good choice of hotel. Beach with sunbeds, perhaps one of the best in this area. Very good beach restaurant with seafood. Room on the fifth floor with a nice view of the sea and Corfu. There could be more facilities in the room - there is plenty of free space for armchair, shelves in the bathroom for storage..... Good breakfast.

Saranda was one of the most beautiful experiences i ever had and this hotel played a big role in that. Amazing service, a super nice and friendly young team helping me park the car, call some local businesses and helping me out planing my stay. The room was modern, super clean and with one of the nicest sea views of Saranda. They also have a beach that is included to your hotelprice and a friendly and amazing restaurant nearby. The walk to Saranda city center takes around 40 mins but the road is full of shops and if you don't wanna walk, the staff calls you a taxi. I would reccommend this hotel to everybody and want to make a huge shoutout to this amazing place. Saranda, i'm coming back next year for sure ;)

Amazing private beach, comfortable sunbeds, good breakfast, amazing view over the sea from the balcony. The hotel itself is very modern and nice. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect place to relax.
Cleaning ladies always tried not to
clean our room. 2 days out of 5 they couldnt wait 10 minutes until we left the room. For me this is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. The elevator wasnt great. This is why i gave 8, otherwise 9 would be my rating. Still a very good choice.

Rood stuff or unhepfull at all. Food are cold, need to always ask about at list hot eggs. Mother of the owner watching how many food you are taking and even shouting if you want more than one bottle of water. No service! No nothing. If you want coffee or water need to go outside. Cleaning was not always good. Don’t recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the private beach was fabulous (albeit at the bottom of a very steep hill so walking back to the accommodation was always a challenge). The room was a decent size and the balcony was a great size too with nice views of the sea.
Unfortunately for us, the pillows and mattress were far too soft so neither my partner or myself slept well on either night of our stay. Additionally whilst the fridge is a great accessory to the room, it makes a lot of noise during the night and does not stay on during the day as it requires your key card for power. Also whilst breakfast was a good spread, the “hot food” items were stone cold each morning as the chafing dishes were not appropriate.

Amazing hotel 3 min walk to the beach, no extra costs for the beach beds and parasol. The guy on the beach was very efficient bringing whatever we needed. Staff was great, always happy to accommodate. Air conditioning and fridge worked fine. Breakfast was also great, lots of options to choose from. Overall we had amazing experience.

No curtain on arrival in room, which was not fixed for 24 hours (half of the stay), leading to lack of privacy, and sunlight to wake up at 5am.
3% surcharge to pay for room on card at front desk (as if everyone carries so much cash around) - disingenuous and sneaky
No cappuccino included in breakfast buffet. It was the only thing I wanted for breakfast and even then it was poor quality.
In general staff seemed miserable and unhelpful

This was our second visit after 4 years!
The place is super clean, fantastic choices for breakfast, receptionist was very nice and polite, all around the hotel is excellent!
The beach this time let us down!
We had problems with parasols, last visit was a very good guy who was looking after us!
This time was a very unfriendly guy who was looking after some guests but not all of them!
He is one thing which I will have to reconsider if I go again!
He ruined the image of the hotel!

The restaurant on the beach which belongs to the hotel was very poor this time!
The menu very small, service appalling, again nothing to do with staff, it is the Bosses who don’t do anything and they expect the staff to do everything!
So in the end the hotel was fantastic but the beach failed big time!

Good and varied breakfast. Nice and helpful staff especially the young guy I do not remember the name of.
Some functional problems such as broken beds, small elevator and poor Wi-fi. The floor of the bathroom is made of laminate and this leads to mold formation that you feel immediately. There was no telephone in the rooms, if you needed help with anything you have to go down to the reception. On google you see a pool. This hotel has none. The alleged pool belongs to their sister hotel.

The location perfect, cleanness was perfect, the staff was very helpful, the rooms very spacious, cozy, modern and luxurious. the view was perfect to the sea. The area of the restaurant, bar, and beach was super clean. everything perfect
The breakfast may be more various and some more traditional things like butter, jam etc... And a hairdryer is needed in the room.
