Coole Lage mit schönem Ausblick. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Personal. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt auch wenn es nur eine Nacht war.

great location, very polite and efficient staff. large room, very clean premises , extremely comfortable bed. superb view from room. excellent breakfast Choice and superb evening meals. extra praise for young lady who showed us to our rooms and then served us in the restaurant , excellent hostess.

One of the most beautiful locations for a hotel and its restaurant. The service was extremely helpful with our needs. The room looking to the Riverside was perfect in every sense of the word.

Beautiful peaceful location on bank of river. Super friendly staff went out of their way to fit me in for a meal even though they were busy. Room and breakfast both excellent - recommend the honey (their own, which you can also buy)

Very quiet, atmospheric small hotel right by the river, ideal for a romantic weekend for adult couples. The restaurant offers delicious meals, and in good weather be sure to book a table on the terrace. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, and I loved the selection of teas 🙂

The climate of the old building, former mill, was excellent. I liked the chamber for bicycles a lot. Probably the best thing is that the hotel is placed just right next to oder-neisse radweg (Zittau - Gorlitz) with a view for beautiful stone bridge.
Overall living conditions, food was quite raw. It wasn't bad, just not luxury.

Nice building next to the river, rooms had a splendid view of border with Poland. Nice room, a lot of space. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast (included in daily price) and good restaurant in the hotel.
Compared with another hotels, bathrooms in this hotel are much smaller, but everything were clean and new.

The location on the river Neiße is very beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
It was a bit chilly and we could not close the bathroom door.

Located on the river Neisse, but close to the city. Nice place to take a short walk along the river. Excellent restaurant with very fresh food and own brewery. Very nice ancient city center.
Occasionally mosquitos due to the closeness to the river, but the room was protected with nets on the windows. The rush of the river may prevent from opening the window.
