Localização ótima, apesar de não ser beira-mar, é muito perto e tem transporte para a praia no momento em que desejar. Café da manhã maravilhoso (colaboradora Sol e Ana sensacionais), colaboradora Marcela da recepção também excelente. Serviço de praia ótimo, comida e bebida a la carte para praia e piscina muito bons! O quarto é simples, mas o restante dos benefícios do hotel compensam o valor! A estrutura da área comum (piscina e restaurante) é muito bacana. Resumindo: experiência ótima!

Quando chegamos, houve um equívoco na nossa reserva (havíamos reservado e pago early check in, porém o quarto não estava preparado). No entanto, mostrei o comprovante para a recepcionista Marcela, e enquanto tomávamos café da manhã nosso quarto ficou pronto.

the value for money makes no sense. the price charged is in line with luxury 5 star hotels while offering nothing comparable. Water in the shower takes 30 min to heat Swimming pool temperature is not controlled / heated. No gym SPA is very small rooms offer no view except on the pool and therefore on the street and line up of condos breakfast is « personalized » but basically the choice is between basic products… seems more inventory optimization than actual personalization… overall, we had booked for 2 nights and left after one night… very disappointing

Nice small hotel, not far from the beach, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked a newly refurbished room at a higher rate. Unfortunately the water in our shower and bath did not work properly. We spoke to the staff and they tried to fix it but couldn't as it needs a proper fix. The price of our room was too high for the service - we were not able to take a shower properly. In addition, the toilet in the common area needs to be renovated and cleaned better.
