Owner was very friendly and everything was just like on the pictures. Location was excellent, as there is everything you will need in a walking distance. You can park your car just behind the building. Apartment was well prepared and clean. The balcony view is fantastic. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
Building could use a window cleaning service, other than that it was fine.

Great apartment! Brilliant view from the balcony at the sea and sunset. Still close to bars and supermarkets.

Fully equipped studio/apartment with balcony.
Perfect location next to supermarkets and the centre of Novalja. Everything easily within walking distance.
Unfortunately its a bit noisy when there are other people in the apartment next door.

Modern and spacious apartment in walking distance from the beach and the city centre. Cleaned on daily basis (change of towels, beds neatly made). Beds were realy comfy! Parking right behind the building. There's a lift inside - so easy to carry your luggage to the apartment. The host Martina was nice and helpful. We had a great stay. Thank you Lofiel and see you next time!
