Communication was great with late checkin. Clean and comfortable cabin which I would recommend. Close to town by car.

Room had everything in it we needed. Great proximity to beach.
The appliances are a little old and could use replacing.

Close to the beach, very quiet place, terrace to sit outside
heating didn't work, no manual there, it was 14 degrees in the morning. Laundry facilities should be in the room...we only had a basket in the room and a drying rack, the laundry was separate and we had to pay extra.
WiFi didn't work everywhere in the room and sometimes we had to go out for a connection. For a Big4 and that prize for a cabin it was disappointing.

Free upgrade. Awesome for kids, especially the pool; big enough for plenty of kids but maximum depth 1.2m gives parents a bit of peace of mind. My 3 yr old loved the splash area and all my kids loved the jumping pillow. Cabin kitchen well equipped. Reception staff warm & welcoming.
Cabin floor hadn't been mopped in a while, my crawling baby was filthy after 5 mins in the cabin. Fan needed for main bedroom. Not the park's fault but people leaving rubbish around the pool area, so arrogant.

The pool , the playground, the water play and jumping pillow are all great for the kids 😊 very family friendly 🙂 and ice creams were cheap for the kids .
Needs more complementary coffee and sugar haha .

Excellent- 2 min walk to the beach. Short drive from the main city centre of Busselton.
Very clean, comfy, excellent facilities. Kitchen very well equipped.
More body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Was a chalet for 4 people but only had one tiny container of each.
Nil other concerns.

It was fantastic, great amenities, clean tidy rooms and a great location, easy to get to town by bike etc
