Alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Super vriendelijk personeel en brandschoon.
Ouder hotel maar alles goed onderhouden.
Eigenlijk niets. Het is een ouder hotel qua inrichting maar voor ons was dat geen probleem.

Great breakfast, pool and hotel staff, clean rooms
Lack of air conditioning - this was clear at the moment of booking, I would not go there in the summer.
The bed in room 261 is noisy, makes you wake up with every move

The owners and staff offer a excellent treatment to the host. High quality-price rate and excellent food and very good price in the restaurant, three dishes plus dessert.
the only think missing with this hot summer was the lack of air-conditioning.

well proportioned double room good wifi absolutely the best feature of this hotel was the roof pool and terrace which in late season is very under utilised , a real bonus , easy to find off the main road N260
the location is some distance from the playas of Llanca , for the price paid the room has no balcony , window overlooks a central large courtyard..the staff on reception seemed somewhat aged for the task , basic spanish is essential ,the breakfast seemed very regimented allowing for these covid times , its still supposed to be a good experience , No bill provided which is an oversight Essentially overpriced for what was offered

Very friendly and helpful all the staff, very good price value hotel with breakfast included, free parking and swimming pool. Also they cook lunch and dinner very good meals cheapest price you can find around!! Also the room was cleaned every day and replaced towels as well!!

Covid awareness and prevention was good on entry , and in dining room. Breakfast served by staff - on a point at what u want basis , choice was good and varied and fresh.
Dinner at hotel was v reasonable in price but was lacking in Kitchen effort , cold interior to roast pork , obviously chilled and rewarmed - maybe from frozen even . Noise - on the Sunday we were there it was horrendous - some music being played somewhere in a public room - the bar ? Had to shut the windows in adjoining interior corridor to lesson the noise in the room on the other side of the building . Could still even hear it on the street later as we went out to get away from the row. Doors slamming and furniture scrapping noises were constant. Had to report twice a blocked sink , dealt with quickly on the second report though.

The staff is old school, so they're truly polite and a 100% customer driven!
The facilities have superior conditions of cleanliness to the nowadays demanding standards.
The food is delicious, and very cheap, all carefully cooked in the kitchen of the same complex.
Rooms should have air conditioning units, high season is hot, so otherwise it's easy having a sleepless night.

Good price of dinner menu (it includes wine, dessert, etc.), Stuff is helpful, good location for our hiking route (to the ruins of castle)
We were missing some place to dry the beach towels and wet clothes, there is nothing in the room for this
