The facilities are great - everything is super clean as well.
Hotel is easy to find and well located to go to the beach and restaurants nearby
The hotel has a rule that you have to leave the key card at the reception when leaving the hotel which from a security perspective I find very concerning (guests/people passing by) could claim they are from a very different room and take your stuff. After a lengthy discussion they agreed that we keen the key. This information should definitely be displayed in the Fine Print on the front end - if I would have known this from the beginning I would have not booked it.
Some of the staff (evening staff) was not very helpful when asking for recommendations on where to eat/go for drinks

The breakfast was amazing. The lady assisting at the breakfast also prepared gluten free bread and a gluten free apple cake.
We had to pay extra for our 1 year old baby because she was not added. We agreed to pay 10 euros per day as the receptionist told us however, we had no towel for my baby and not even a cot. On the day of check out there was a different receptionist and asked us to pay 15 per day.

Amazing food, rooms were clean and well designed. Great pool.
During my mother (of 60) and her sister stay, the staff was anything but accommodating in relation to helping them with booking transportation from the hotel to the first beach. In general, there was not a lot of help when they needed to organise a trip or some visit to the town.
A minimum of 30 minutes walk is needed to reach the closest beach, as the only bridge that would connect the hotel with that beach is privately-owned by another hotel, and no other bridges have been built in the area. Think about this if you are travelling with elderly people.

Hotel with all needed and working facilities, internal parking, swimming pool, balcony and pleasant view on the countryside.
Could do with a bit more character but has everything for a comfortable stay. Few kilometers away from the Porto Pino beach.

The pool is always pretty calm even in the middle of august.
Staff are not very friendly. The room is a little outdated, but nothing too serious. The location is acceptable for restaurants, but not great for the beach.

Great place for couples. Good breakfast, close to the beach, very nice view. I highly recommend.

It was super clean. Room we had was comfotable and quite big. If you' re looking for total relax and quite place this is it! (as per hotel and per the place itself). The beach is very long, just keep walking a bit more, to the middle, and you'll find all the space for yourself.
