Very bad experience, reached hotel at 1 AM and nobody was bothered to help me with my bags, gentleman at reception was decent, requested for good room but I am sure I got the worst room in the hotel. Bedsheet had stains and all washroom was not clean. Really not worth it

Ac was not working

i ddint like any thing in this hotel, its a waste of 4,815Rs

Room smells cigratte smoke, rooms are not clean and A/C is not working, Overall its a very bad experience of my stay.

Improvement sought in maintenance.

Bedsheets and pillow covers and towels could be cleaned in better way to bring feel good.

Everything. Made a booking fro my friend and had mentioned his name as the guest name. However the hotel staff was adamant that they will not allow the guest as the booking is showing under my name. I asked them to call booking.com and confirm but they asked me to do it. It is a technical shortcoming between booking.com and hotel but there was no iota of help offered from the hotel. They even spoke rudely to my friend. I had to ultimately make an international call to the hotel and request them to allow my friend. The room was dirty, rusty and broken furniture. SO much of attitude and charges for such a pathetic state of rooms.
