excellent hotel

The hotel location is very close to everything else. The room is clean and spacious. I have the view of Maha Tower from our balcony and it’s beautiful during the night. The staffs are helpful and we met the GM of the hotel and his very friendly.

the hotel was so clean and comfortable and quiet place , the facilities are new and clean , the employees were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. also , it’s islamic hotel you’ll hear the islamic chants all the time , l really recommend staying in this hotel it was our first time and it’s will not be the last for sure .

Brilliance! i've been to a more luxurious hotel, but rarely receive welcome drinks, greetings, and even smiles from the hotel's staff like i did at this hotel. The facilities and the islamic environment warm my stay very much. the quran, the surau, even the allocation of a special pool for muslim female, is spectacular service. i have shared about this hotel with my fellow socmed platform , friends and family, and surely will make more visits here.

Mineral water not provided Massage n spa young girls Need to send for training We went for foot massage at 2nd Floor..so surprise our feet is not clean n soaked with warm.. suddenly she wanted to massage ....wowwww Till I ask her to do so.

Unfortunately none

Here’s what happened. I spoke to the receptionist twice about the air conditioning that stop working. However the receptionist just told me to turn the switch off and on again after a few minutes. After one hour, while sweating in the room, nobody came to my room to check the air conditioner. Frustrated, I made another call to the receptionist asking for maintenance guy. The guy came and verify that the air conditioner was not working and after a few hours waiting, I was offered to change the room. It was nightmare staying here. Will avoid the Adya branding in the future for sure. Very bad services.

The roundabout to turn into hotel is an accident waiting to happen. The walkway to the rooms are too dark. refrigerator made too much noise louder than the air conditioning. breakfast bland. salad even had cockroach wondering on the vegetable. lost my room key card and got charged rm10 for that (first time I’ve come across this)

Good islamic environment

The hotel receptionist is friendly. The room bath shower water pressure is good.

Air conditioning in the bedroom was not well functioning. My other friends who stayed the same hotel also faced the same problems. My room bed pillows got a bad smell. Hope the Adya hotel management can look into this matter seriously. Service the air-cond and change/wash the pillow cover and pillow.

Staff were super friendly I asked for a room view change & they did it with no problems or extra charge.

The location is very strategic..easy to find eateries place...staff is so helpful.

We love the breakfast menu especially the mini croissant...it was freshly baked daily. All the staffs were very kind, friendly and helpful.

The airconditioning at 1 of the connecting room was not working properly.
