Kellnerin nicht wirklich freundlich, die Heizung hat die ganze Nacht Geräusche gemacht. Abendessen waren kalte und weiche Pommes dabei. Wurst beim Frühstück zu dick geschnitten. Das Süße beim Frühstück wurde zu spät gebracht da waren wir schon fertig.

Das Zimmer war ansprechend, das Frühstück umfangreich und die Lage mit Blick auf die Berge war schön. Die Küche am Abend war ausgezeichnet.

Die Zimmerpflege hätte besser sein können.

Location proximity to Durmitor National Park but when we arrived we saw a lot of other places within 2-3min distance so there are alternatives which we will use next time. Free parking. Good food at acceptable prices at restaurant. (also few restaurants within 2-3min drive)

We payed for Deluxe twin room but we were given standard triple room. Since hotel is outdated we have chosen "best" room we can and after telling it to manager it was clear he knew he was giving us wrong room with explanation that we got bigger room with 3 beds (it could have 10 beds for what we care since we were only 2 people sleeping in it). We were tired to argue and since it was only one night we decided to stay... Hotel and rooms are outdated by 20 years, bed linen and towels were fresh and clean but room in general was not, especially bathroom. During night it gets colder and heating is not working, there is central heating but not working, all the pipes were stone cold and no air conditioning to help us warm the rrom especially bathroom which was cold and uncomfortable to take shower in. Bathroom facilities are oudated and in desperate need for replacing. WiFi signal is horrible! Breakfast is just OK, nothing more than that and not everything is served at same time despite it is a buffet table, coffee is not good. Breakfast should have more choices. Only good thing was two people serving breakfast, polite and professional. Restaurant is OK with normal prices but waitress was uninterested and despite ordering appetizers first they were served at same time with main course. Despite few options on menu for desert only pancakes were available and they were served cold... Overall, we were there this time and never again. Centrally located. Breakfast was extensive and very tasteful.

Rooms were a tad bit dated (but clean!) and the bathroom had an notsopleasant odeur.

Nothing - Very motel like - didn't feel welcomed.

Honestly, this is my first negative review on Booking (a frequent, long time booking.com customer). As a solo traveller (female, solo, woman of color - i'm not sure which factored played here), I DID NOT feel welcomed at all. Reasons: • The staff is not polite at all. At the restaurant, I felt no one really cared to wait and explain the doubts I had in the menu. I had to wave multiple times to be the last one to be answered and the waitress seemed to be in a rush to explain any thing valuable. PLEASE PUT A SMILE ON YOUR PLACE AND MAKE PEOPLE FEEL WELCOMED AND CARED FOR. I then went to a restaurant across the road (Hotel PAVLOVIĆ), the waiter was so polite, really cared about the experience I had. All my guides, taxi drivers, people in other restaurants I ate at were so nice and helpful, except for this place. • Check-in and check-out experience was also similar. No one seemed to care about whether everything was ok and I had what I needed. • I stayed for 3 nights - not a single day was the room cleaned. Toiletries was only given for 1 day. • Cleanliness is ok. The toilet has a drain near the pot with an easily removable lid - what's under it, is absolutely disgusting. I honestly regret staying here as I deserve to be treated nicely. I could have spent my euros at another place.

Food was good

It is located next to the main road and bars/restaurants. Noise was terrible and I was unable to sleep until about 1am. Noise was created by drunken guests in the bars nearby as well as industrial machinery/trucks or busses. No air-conditioning
