The room was very clean and the breakfast was just what I wanted.

The room was clean and well appointed. The wifi was a little problematic, but then I was in Laos and that is probably more of a reason than the hotel being at fault.
There was not much to dislike, other than the wifi but that is more of a country issue than the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was nice, if a little basic.

The ambience was relaxed. The room was airy. The price was very low. The location was good for the business I was conducting.
The breakfast was sub-par. The two branches of the hotel were confusingly named and numbered.

The day reception were helpful and printed a flight ticket which was kind.
Street dogs attack you outside the hotel, They were barking most of the night.The receptionist told me he didn't speak English when I asked about food.
The breakfast wasn't very good to be honest half the food on the menu were unavailable.

Good location, not far from the Thai Consulate. Big spacy room. Not noisy at night. Dining area and a balcony. Sleeping is quite ok there. No deposit for a room.
Someone's lipstick on a glass in the room.. Breakfast had almost no options for a vegan, except for the fruit salad. Dirt under the bed, if you decide to move it a little bit.

The bed was uncomfortable. Noisy air conditioning. The motor for the lift was next to my room and very noisy.

Great location close to the bus station for a one night stay.
Confusion at beginning with which hotel they had us staying in.

The room was clean, and very large. The air conditioner was cool, and I didn't have any problems with the hot water heater. It's also walking distance to the bus station, and the Thai Consulate. There's also an on-site cafe that has wonderful coffee.
There are a couple of problems that I didn't like with this hotel:
1. The bathroom was small and tiny, with a sink, toilet, and shower head in a small closet-like room.
2. I noticed they changed the chef at the on-site cafe the last time I stayed there. They are selling Thai/Laotian food now, and not western style sandwiches.
3. There's no balcony or kettle in the room

It's a good place, the only problem being that a nearby bar gets noisy from 7-12pm and you can hear the music in your room, so I won't be going back.

Key location right next to the bus station. Some pretty good restaurants and coffee shops near by. Spacious, modern and clean room. Good breakfast selection.
There was something wrong with the air conditioning. I had it set to 16C and just about managed to sleep. Under normal circumstances I should be freezing in that temperature within an hour.
