The location is perfect, bed was comfortable (spacious rooms), food was delicious (lunch), and staff was very friendly
I really disliked the pillows, they were super soft, I didn’t call to change them however if I would’ve know there was the option (a little in room notice as I’ve seen in other hotels) I would have.

The hotel is just perfect, I wish I could stay more. Very modern but still with some traditional tuscany details. The location is the best. I loved the afternoon prosecco, cheese and olives.
The hotel is perfect, the only thing I didn't like is the food of their restaurant.

beautiful building complex with a cosy garden in pienza's historic center, which was skillfully turned into a boutique hotel. particularly nice touches: drinks from the minibar are included and a daily aperitivo is served in the "living room". also, a helpful and personal little guide about local sights and restaurants is provided to guests.
we expected a little more from the hotel's restaurant - food and service were good, but not outstanding. also, while the terrace's design is consistent, the rest of the garden seemed a little more like a pick'n'mix and thus does not reach its full potential.

Good swimming pool with marvellous views-but they need more or bigger umbrellas.

Nicely decorated rooms and nice concept of this small hotel. Located in the center of the village. The recommendations offered by the hotel regarding restaurants was a nice touch and helped us a lot. The staff was very kind.
The hotel room was not properly cleaned. We found a plastic cap on the floor and the bathrobes had hair from other people. Breakfast was basic. I would say that for 350 euros/night, the stay at this hotel was disappointing.

Location was excellent. The staff was incredible. Helpful, cheery personal and always ready to help! The rooms were very comfortable.
The bed was not the most comfortable and a little noisy at times.

Furnishing hardware was a bit cheap. Doors didn't open and close right. Too many angles made a beautiful place feel a bit cold.

Right in the centre of Pienza, cozy and trendy. Nice staff. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was great.
Noises coming from rooms upstairs and restaurant downstairs - not really soundproof.

Feels like a stay at a friends house! John and his team could not have been nicer or more helpful! Food is exceptionally good. The rooms are comfortable with phantastic bathrooms.
