wifi wasn’t work properly

the staff is very polite and professional breakfast is very very good the locations is perfect the shower is amazing

the reason for such a low score is the following: one month before arriving i specifically requested a room far from lifts and quiet because it is the end of a very long journey throughout Colombia and we wanted only to rest. they replied that would have full-filled my request with pleasure but it was a lie because in am in a room which is right in front of two lifts and facing the main traffic street meaning i hear every other guest going back and forth to the room all day long (woke up at 1am, 2.30am, 4am, 6.30am) and cars and traffic noise. room very dusty and also I would have preferred a towel more, it seemed like the room was prepared for just one guest.

WiFi was poor

very clean and room is spacious. staffs are friendly. breakfast is excellent. very good location.

Clean hotel, comfortable beds (we had two queen size beds in our room), good location in a safe environment (walking distance from restaurants, even in the evening safe to walk), OK breakfast
