The bed and bathroom are neat and comfortable. The location is good.
The tapestry was stained. The room furniture is old. The central air conditioner was poor and ineffective. No hot water in the bathroom in the early morning. The corridors were smelly. The maintenance was poor. Had the same experience 5 years ago. Thought they would have improved by now but was disappointed.

The room was having bad smell. Water in the tap was very slow. There was continues sound coming to the room. The sifa chair have very dirty cushion.

Location
The rooms allotted were stinking, as if they have not been operational since months. They upgraded the room for one day and then started behaving awkwardly. Asked us to change rooms every now and then.

It’s in a very central location but still it’s very quite & calm for meetings.

Not hygienic, Floor wasnt clean , it was dusty , bed sheet and comforter also not been changed since long
