nice view from balcony and huge 4K TV

Big Tv . i had Sea view and lots of enjoyment at the balcony ✌️ outaide have Divide the Pizza man (best pizza ever ! After the pizza my hometown Leeuwarden 😉 Pompei restaurant)

the shower had a bit of low pressure . Not really a problem 😇

very convenient to Pattaya and Jomtiem. Host very accommodating. Apartment very nice.

-room clean with the exception of a few spots -bed super comfortable and soft - nice balcony with screen and drying racks - perfectly furnished: fridge, microwave, AC, electric kettle, pots, pans and dishes all available. (no soaps or detergents though). - owner super available and quick to respond: we asked for some soap and more towels and he promptly gave us some. -location not in the center but quiet and easily accessible. very close to jomtien beach ( 7 min walk). cheaper prices around than pattaya center. -great cheap western bakery nearby ( 20 baht croissants) -nice and new motorcycle available for rent (150cc or 125cc). we had bigger model and it was super nice. also owner gave us discount on the total rent price and provided helmets for us when we asked. -nice and clean pool open until 10pm - totally recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly beach stay.

- soaps and detergents were missing and it can be annoying to buy items you won’t finish by the end of your stay (but all you have to do is ask, the owner will provide) - kitchen sink was clogged -there’s a 300 baht electricity fee that through booking.com I did not see. Booking.com wasn’t very clear that it wasn’t included in the fee

Jack is truly a fantastic host! Replies fast to any request, assisted with immigration and bank. Highly recommend for no frills stay in Pratamnak area!

I did my own breakfast,The place is a little of but its ok you can walk to the beach,they have motorbike to rent,the owner is very nice,they will help you whid everything.

I did not like the barking dogs in the morning,,,,,,,,but this is Thailand

Everything was great..more than expected. Jack, the host is very good at making it a easy stay.. loved it
