Not enough mirrors or wardrobes. None in two of the bedrooms

Location is perfect! The host is absolutely amazing and open to the guests! All our requests were welcomed and accepted. Thank you very much

The apartment was quite new and tidy. Very well situated.

The method of payment was incorrect. We had to go to a cash mashine to withdraw money for the rest of our payment. Our ccontract with booking com was different. We were meant to pay by credit card not in cash. The apartment was badly equipted with daily cups, glasses, plates etc. not for the PRICE. The view out of the window was very inattractive. We travel a lot and have good experience in this field...

Location quite central.

It was cold in the apartment, water pressure in the shower very low, one shower was broken and leaking, the 2nd one - no hot water. Poor wifi, broken table lamp. Generaly apartment needs updating.

Everything was good. Very big apartment. I think it’s one of the best apartments in Lviv
