No hot water to cold to shower , the tap in the en-suite is very loose it goes around when you try to turn it on

fantastic views
sliding doors to the varandah we’re rubbing and hard to close. the tap in the bathroom didn’t work. couldn’t use room fan on high due to it making loud noise sounded like it was going to fall down. and little tiny insects on benches looked like nits so I bought bug spray and sprayed the room. itchy in bed sometimes. swimming pool was big but the water was always to warm.

Lack of kitchen utensils. First unit given was adisgrace, had to complain and be shifted after second day.

I often stay at VT 6 by Pat 42 as they offer a daily cleaning of the apartment. Keys are obtained easily at their on site office.
Building also offers many in house services such as coffee, laundry, beautician...
Parking facilities under the building, in the shade. Absolute central situation, next to Hilton hotel with swimming pool and direct beach access.

When we check in, the room was covered with dust. The agent urgently called the maid to clean the room but the maid was complaining that she was the only one to clean the rooms on that day and taking her anger out on the room objects while she was cleaning.. this should be the management problem.
