- We got assaulted by a security guard while being on the beach with the family. Had to call the police and we were so freightened. Staff helped us to move us to a different property which was nice. But it destroyed our vacation.

The views were nice and the space was great.
the booking.com photos for which we booked the apartment were misleading. they referred to a 2 bedroom apartment. the lay out was totally different to what we saw. the furniture in the lounge was stained sofa and plastic chairs.
the master bedroom sinks were in an unacceptable conditions. i have photos to support this statement. the kitchen units were broken and drawers did not close.
no dishwasher or washing machine tablets, nor capsules for coffee machine. none of the shops around the apartment sold the correct Nespresso capsules.
staff unwilling to help. it seemed like we were a burden to them and did not make an effort to make our stay pleasant. finally the door to the balcony did not lock properly. the latch is not working. ultimately a run down apartment in an amazing location. needs a lot of TLC.

Host was very helpful and great location. Communal facilities were good.
It was not the cleanest - outdoor area was very dusty and floors left our feet black. Some parts of the apartment are very "worn" with doors missing or falling off

The swimming pool is a winner! plus the beach in front is amazing! The main bedroom is big!
Unfortunately there’s so too many things not to like in this property despite the size and the location of the property.
The other rooms are smaller than expected. There is no common shower room. There’s a small shower room in one common room and it’s too small. So if you want to shower, you will have to enter someone else’s room to do it. Plus, the water from that shower is leaking on the floor making the whole toilet area wet.
The kitchen equipment are old and outdated. The microwave is too small as well as the washing machine. The cutleries are unpresentable and there’s only few. Not enough toiletries and towels supplied. We still have to request for additional.

Our Guest Experience Manager Ashraf was difficult to contact, did not meet us at the property and provide us with a tour of the apartment.
He actually tried to make us check into another apartment in the same complex which was cheaper and not as luxurious. Luckily I had already stayed at a friends apartment in the complex, so knew that they were trying to scam us. I had to call Dream Inn Head Office to re-confirm and they then changed the apartment to the correct one.
They did not provide any dishwasher tabs or laundry powder.
Also, Ashraf turned up to the apartment randomly on Day 3 of our stay and forced us to pay him 120 AED which he said was a Tourist Tax - he was rude, aggressive and scared my children but he wouldn't leave until we gave him the money.

The apartment complex overall is very nice, and the location as well. Great pool and beach area.
The apartment is not the same size as described. The apartment should not be rented out in current state due to terribly low quality of maintenance. 2 of three bathrooms in terrible condition with mould, stinky kitchen sink and cabinets as well. We addressed the problems several times during our 11 nights stay, and the host was very responsive. However, the solution for solving these issues was really frustrating. For instance, mould was covered up by use of silicone (!) - and the solution for moisture/smelly sinks/cabinets was just installing an air freshener.

there was bad smelling in the apartment, it coming from A/C, the apartment wasn’t clean, balcony full of dust.

the location and the access to the beach. and how can i forget about the infinity pool for the residents of the building. everything was just perfect about the property. and above all the management was great they got into contact with us way before our arrival and they accommodate us in all aspects.

the apartment needs some renovation. The aircondition blew black fussels onto the bed while in use. Dead bugs were in the bed, little tiny worms in the shower. Grouting was black in the bathroom sink. One of the bedrooms is very small, has no shower and no window. Feels more like a storage room.
Nesspresso Coffee machine was available but no capsuls to be found in any supermarket. Not enough seating in the living room for 6 adults. The whole apartment does not feel homely, luckily you are mostly at the beach. Value for this amount of money is not good

Great location and the host was very helpful! I will definitely be back.
Sometimes difficult for taxi’s to find, but if you wait at the front of the Andaz hotel it’s much easier.

Spectacular view from bedrooms and very nice balcony. Access to private beach and pool.
Overall the apartment was tired. Basics were not supplied dishwasher tablets, soap, dishcloths, bin bags etc. The kitchen was poorly equipped for basic cooking. Dishwasher could not be run properly as the plates supplied were too large for it. We failed to get hot water to the kitchen sink. Poor quality outdoor furniture and beds were too soft.

The person who called me a day before I arrived did not tell me that I will be having problem with accessing the building. I was rooming around to find the name Dreem In and couldn’t find find it. Till I find out that the name is actually Tiara.
