Great location and unit was very comfortable. I didn't meet the hosts however communication was excellent. Easy access to all areas of Tauranga.

I stayed for two nights and met Duncan (the host) on the second day. Lovely guy. The studio is just down the road from the Matua Estuary and harbour - a nice walk and pretty popular with the locals. Bed was comfy and the facilities were clean. It's only 15 minutes drive from the Tauranga CBD, which meant I could go to my events without having to stay in the city.

I would have given this a 10/10 if it wasn't for the train that services the port - it can get pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest bringing ear plugs. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Duncan and his partner were very friendly. Duncan especially was very hospitable.

The location has easy access to both the Mount and Tauranga. I felt the unit offered all that would be expected for the price point. I would definately look to rebook for any future events I need to attend in the area.

The location was perfect, as it was 11mins from the venue where our CrossFit competition was held and also very close to all the malls and restaurants.

It was clean, tidy and in a beautiful location. The bed was just right, the room cozy and warm.

There was nothing we didn't like

This property really suited my purposes. It was just around the corner from family who I was visiting. It is a studio with a good bathroom and some kitchen facilities. It is really suitable for someone who doesn't want to cook full meals and a real fantastic property for those on holiday and wanting to be out and about. The host Duncan was really helpful and made his Laundry facilities available for me to use upon my arrival.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I enjoyed the stay and although the property instructions stated that the parking was tight I didn't really find this to be the situation

The studio was located in a nice quiet area. Easy to access, well set up, great communication from owner. Loved how close to water it was, lovely deck to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Duncan the host was very inviting and made us feel so welcome.

Spotlessly clean, and well set up with thought put into the little touches. Comfy bed. Friendly host. Close to a nice nature walk.

Some might find the driveway a challenge going out at night.
