The staff, location and the the rooms were great. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect!
At the time of visiting all of the sun lounges and umbrellas had been removed. This was really dissapointing as the pool area was not usually and looked nothing the photos. We had really been looking forward to using the pool area.

Location was great and the size of the room was very good. The air conditioning worked very well.
It felt like I couldn't take my shoes off in the room. Also I would have liked to know that there was no window to the actual outside but just one into the hallway. There were loud birds chirping all night. The pictures made me think this was a very nice hotel room and I was quite disappointed. It felt more like a private room in a hostel. The sheets were fine but I could see wine spill stains.

My experience was great, the hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, helpful, they assist you with everything. The hotel is always very clean, the room is very comfortable, very clean, modern.
They recommended a surfing class with a very good instructor, it was an excellent recommendation. We were also recommended some great restaurants. Khalo and Rustica were really good.
I liked everything, I have no complaints.

Good location. Good AC. Nice bathroom.
Hotel was listed as a "5-star" hotel on booking.com but it was not a 5 star on terms of facilities, furnishings or cleanliness. It was a fine hotel, but much closer to a 3star hotel, and in my view should be advertised as such.

Mould in the bathroom
No music at the bar
Safe had no keys

comfy bed, good aircon, close to the beach and to the center, the staff is friendly and helpful
- there's no kitchen in the hotel, so no breakfast
- they don't clean the room
- they advertise a patio to the room but there isn't one
- you have to ask for extra toilet paper because they only give you a small roll at first
- they didn't give us a tour of the property, so we only discovered the pool on the roof the last night by accident
- you can only pay cash. They have an ATM right next to the entrance that charges a high markup
- there's no fridge in the room
- there's no closet
- there's no cupboards around the sink to put your bathroom stuff in
- the sliding glass door to the shower is longer than the shower width, so a bit always sticks out
- they broke the wooden beams on the ceiling so they can install the ventilator there

it was great. nothing we didn’t like.

The property is under new ownership and took pesos only at the time, but the staff was excellent in accommodating my needs.
The property is absolutely beautiful. Nothing to complain about.

The Air Conditioning worked, smelt a bit musty, the bed was large and comfy and the location was excellent.
I think value for money was not there, nor are the photos an accurate representation of what to expect.
For 150US a night, I would probably expect room cleaning, or at least fresh sheets, plus sheets that fit the mattress. Room cleanliness was eh.
Photos of the pool and rooftop were...generous... Cabanas were unmade foam pads with a sheet on them. Staff were friendly, but fairly unhelpful. The "included breakfast" was not on the roof as indicated, nor was it mentioned by staff. Felt like an overpriced hostel with a good bed and aircon if im honest.

the pool was great- nice & cool in the really hot weather. Rooms are lovely- nothing fancy, going for a bit of a global modern minimalist look, well staffed front desk & centrally located
Not much. Everything worked, there’s a elevator for accessibility, though the bath fixtures could use a little maintenance. But these are so minor.

location and room size
Pool was dirty. The room I got had a middle door that connects to another room. I could hear the people next door

Large airy room and bathroom, spotlessly clean.
Good lighting in bedroom
Room (106) was perfectly located on ground floor in palm-filled courtyard, no street noise or direct sun, nice patio seating for morning coffee.
Music in reception started up super early each morning - why?
Microwave in room but no plates or knives & forks
No shampoo in bathroom
Bad lighting for shaving or make up in bathroom
Bed comfy but sheets & towels were scratchy and smelled of bleach
Reception team helpful enough but were not professionals

On arrival, we switched rooms twice. Door lock broken and AC not working in the second room. The rooftop pool was absolutely filthy. There was clumps of hair on the side of the pool, which was there for all 3 days and the water looked foggy and cloudy. The maids would knock on our door early when we had do not disturb sign on. We had notes left under our door saying we owed money for chips and drinks, people from the rooftop most of gave the wrong room number. Street noise was super loud. Do not stay in a room by the street. If you are reading this DO NOT stay here. We traveled mexico for almost 2 monthes and this was by far the worst place we've stayed. I've never had to leave a review like this before. This place needs new management. Water at hotel was out for over 5 hours. Stay away from this hotel.

The location is good near to everything.
The staff can't speak English.
The breakfast so simple only egg and coffee.
The room was not so clean specially the floor of the room. And there was a lizard in our room.
There was some steps and so hard for carrying out luggage.

Location was good and the staff was fantastic.
Lots of noise from outside and inside the hotel. We had booked a room with soundproofing, however there is no such thing and it’s just false advertising. No hot water in the room for our entire stay. Not clean, the fridge had mold in it and the microwave still had left over food inside, there was even an open beer can under the bed. The room had some holes in the floor and a bad smell from what we assume is bad plumbing.
7.0
It had a pool and a view.
The place needs an update. It’s showing its age. The pool was way to warm. The pool area closed much sooner than was posted. Of the three nights we were there, the rooftop bar was closed one of them.

Good location, nice pool, comfortable beds. Nice staff.

it was close to the square and a couple blocks from the beach, so it was conveniently located.
The staff did not speak English and weren’t friendly. Our room was located in a section of the hotel that was not connected to the main hotel so we couldn’t see the rest of the building, it was like a motel. The window in our room was the entire wall which looked out on the open walkway outside, and the window didn’t lock so our room was not secure at all. There was no hotel restaurant. the pool was so hot I burned my leg. it was unusable. no one was in it.

Staff were kind
Room was filthy including old fake eyelashes in the shower. Absolutely disgusting. Also right next to a busy street and above a restaurant that wants to be a disco and places loud music until very late.
