It was a great stay for one week in a great location. Very peaceful and calm. The room service was fabulous. I would recommend it for one's who wants to spend peaceful holidays with a beautiful sea view.

I like the area
I was scammed by the owner of this house. One it’s shared with others you have zero privacy. Two I was giving a room that I didn’t book. I booked a beach view room and paid extra and I received a backyard view. No housekeeping, only 2 towels provided for 3 days, the bedsheets smelled so bad we end up sleeping without them and went out and bought bedsheets. Bathrooms unclean, don’t get fooled by the photos this place is more expensive than a luxurious hotel. This place is a motel shouldn’t be more than 40 bucks. Do not go here you will get bedbugs and a pink eye!

The views are amazing, even from the bathroom 😄 And there is a lot of room. We also got a free parking permit for whole Gaeta which was very useful for the whole stay.
The room is very large but very minimalistic, there is not much more than bed, sofa and a tv. There is also a common kitchen area and a terrace. Sadly it smelled like pee on the terrace, so it was not very enjoyable.

We loved the view and the bedroom was comfortable and clean.
Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain properly and the basin wasn’t stable. There was also a baby scorpion in the bathroom.

central location in the old city of Gaeta, staff very accommodating to check is in after late & delayed flights.

We got the junior suite which was huge and had the best view in the world. Just sea from side to side. This was wonderful.
The kitchen downstairs has everything you can think of and the terrace out of it was great.
We could get the parking card of the owner, so it was ok coming with a car.
The room was huge but was very sparsely furnished and the furnishing could have been so much more cosy. Just a bed and a sofa. Not even a sofa table or another place to have a seat. No small fridge for use in the room.
But hey - it was still wonderful.

We were upgraded to the junior suite, which was just great, beautiful sea views, very large, over two levels. The bedroom is unreal. I recommend to buy lots of Prosecco and don't leave for the next 3 days......

The suite was a whole apartment with a full kitchen and rooftop, comfortable and much more spacious than expected. It's a short walk into the main area of old town Gaeta. The location is great and the views are incredible.

We really liked the hotel/room and enjoyed our short stay in Gaeta, The room/hotel was very clean. An additional bonus is a kitchen with a fridge and a very nice sitting room. The hotel is in a nice quiet area of the old town.
Everything is within a short walking distance from the hotel including bars, restaurants, shops.
Highly recommended!
We would definitely stay again!

The view is breathtaking, good location, drinking water for the guests and they taking care for the ztl.
No hot water, cant take a shower. One towel was not clean, the suite is huge but empty, not even a small table to eat on it, need to go down to the kitchen but cant use it, just for coffe or tea
