Check in Staff was excellent / and the concierge /porter when we were leaving early the next morning for the airport. The hotel is beautifully decorated and anyone who enjoys the history of the titanic is in for a treat. main bar area was lively and the cocktails were delicious.

Maybe it was just our room - but with its very high ceiling it was a little cold and very little natural daylight so was quite dark.

Location-directly adjacent to the exhibition and easy walk to Titanic Quarter shops. Bed very comfortable, lovely breakfast. Building is stunning and full of interesting items. Also has a Hop On Hop Off bus stop right ouside.

Bedroom was spacious and lovely however (understandably) due to building design only had a very small window that looked through other parts of the building and the carpark opposite. A lot of people wouldn't be bothered, but may be worth checking beforehand.

Beautiful place, fantastic location right next to titanic museum, 5 min taxi to city centre, bus stop outside hotel that also travels to city centre, also 5 mins to Belfast city airport! Beautiful history amongst the hotel, I highly recommend!

Only issue was lift to room was faulty so had to walk to top floor a few times to get to room. Issues can’t be helped, but only one I can think of!

This hotel is amazing, it is essentially a museum its self and full of history. Despite arrival very late, my son and I received a wonderful welcome from the night manager. The rooms are comfy and staff lovely, our room faced into the museum which was lit up at night, stunning! The Wolf Grill is quite formal so we ate in the bar area which is stunning and the food is lovely. The food and drinks are quite expensive but it is next door to the titanic museum and hotel is premium. You can walk comfortably to the city centre and there are shops close by too. My son left his headphones in our room and the staff found them and they arrived to us the morning after we were home! Thank you so much Titanic Hotel, we will be back!

Love staying here, one of our favourites in Belfast

Excellent stay again, breakfast was very slow on this occasion (it was Christmas morning so expected it to be a little slower with staff off, but we had to chase down food and drinks a few times)

The Breakfast and the fine dining in the Wolf Grill was lovely with plenty of choice . The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and provided all the information we needed.

Es imprescindible si buscas la experiencia Titanic completa. Mantiene el espíritu de Harland & Wolff, incluso con las estancias de los personajes importantes en la historia del astillero. El personal es muy amable, tanto recepción como el de desayuno, además puedes pedir que te hagan los huevos como más te guste. Si visitas Belfast es una opción muy interesante y si visitas el Titanic Belfast Museum es imprescindible.

El precio es un poco caro especialmente el fin de semana,.aunque en la línea de los hoteles de su nivel.

Have rang twice to speak to the manager. Told I would get a call back still haven't.

Can't have a better location for visiting the museum. Bar area and restaurant are classic. These are rooms where the drawings were made for the Titanic. Breakfast was excellent. Room was first class. Some guidebooks say the museum can be done in 2 or 2 1/2 hours. I'd plan on longer. Taking the guided tour also adds a lot of interesting info.

Breakfast not 4 star, items on menu missing (no granola or natural yogurt) when I asked a staff member I was told it wasn't available that day. Choice of bread was white or brown sliced pan

I really enjoyed the classic history of the hotel atmosphere. It is a lovely testament.

Bathtub could be cleaner.

The setting and history of the location is impressive. Don't take the lift the stairs is very impressive.

Breakfast was good, and the room nice. The bar menu is lovely and although we didn’t try it the arena menu is helpful. I just wish it was available at other times. The service in the bar area was excellent.

The walk ways were very dark and gloomy. The restaurant looked okay, but a simpler menu would have been nice. In the bar area, more dining tables as low seats and tables are not great for eating at.
