Noise - due to fact that hotel is in the city centre, and Zlatibor is basicly a construction site zone during the day and the hotel is surrounded by large number of restaurants with live music during the night- to be expected high level of noise upon opening the windows. We liked the location and heating system, very quickly warms up the room.
We didn’t like that hotel doesn’t have parking, and it was extremely difficult to find one as it was peak season. Water heater is good just for one person, then second one doesn’t have hot water, also housekeeping didn’t show up on any of our 4 day stay, not even to change towels, so we complained to the reception, and they took 4 hours to deliver clean towels. Bed sheets were not changed in 4 days. Amenities are poor.

Right in the center of the Zlatibor city. Easy access to restaurants and shops all around. Parking is available, but it is a short walk from the hotel. Parking is free for the guests of the hotel, you just gotta show your hotel card to the parking guard.
The instructions how to get to the parking are a bit unclear to new people/tourists. I wish they had a small map on how to get to the parking from the hotel room. Walking and car/driving directions combination would help.
