Good location. Metro station, port, restaurants is situated nearby. Staff was good. We got contact easily by WhatsApp.
although having 3 air conditioning, the air circulation and room cooling wasn’t enough

Lovely place, beautifully decorated, really lovely staff, and great access to public transport - close to the port for day trips along the Amalfi coast.

Tha apartment is not comfortable. The furniture is old and broken, the sofa is so old you can feel lumps, the mattresses are old and not comfortable, one of the bads makes noise every time you move. Even the chairs are not good. There was an unpleasant smell from the fridge, the shower had no water pressure at all.
The tv is small and has only Italian cable, no Netflix and no streemer to connect your own accounts. There is a blue ray player (?)
There is only one key.
There was not enough toilet paper.
During our stay there was construction in the apartment above. The landlord didn't let us know in advance (We might have been able to find different accomidations if we knew. it was impossible to be at the apartment during the mornings) also, the landlord didn't seem to care when we asked about it.

great location, big and lovely, clean, we found some cards to play in the evening, totally recommandable for bigger family groups
It was cold during the day and hot during the night! as the heating was on a timer, it was diffult to manage according to our needs

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was in a central location, accessible to everywhere. The local supermarket was very close by, as were restaurants.The owner and the person who met us were very pleasant and helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was excellent.
I would definitely recommend the apartment
Sometimes it was noisy in the night time. Teenagers gathered in the street outside the apartment
Only a little criticism but there were no wine glasses.

The property was super clean, tidy and so spacious! Old fashion but nice! Nice and responsive host.
We had a terrible experience because Rome was almost at 40 degrees celsius and we booked this place for the AC and we found it “broken” just 1 of the 3 AC worked, so we moved all 7 people to one bedroom! Our host did show up and try her best, even she bought two extra fans to help the situation.

We loved
- the location: very close to Toledo metro station and artery - basically in the center of Napoli and also close to the port
- the apartment was big (we were 6 people with 3 rooms). the second bathroom is accessible from one of the bedrooms and does not have a shower)
- air conditioning in every room (but cannot function all at the same time), equipped kitchen and an overall large living room.
- the host was nice and helpful
