Great location, beach access and clubs

LOCATION IS AMAZING!!! Literally right on the beach, incredible views and a path all the way to coffee shops and other food! Great value for money most other places in Goldcoast and surrounds at this price don't offer as much as this apartment and certainly don't offer this view!
Downside were planes flying over the building, there weren't many and were only loud for about 30 seconds. There was no aircon!! So if there wasn't a breeze it was very hot.

On beach, kitchen fully equipped and unit was clean.
No WIFi. Had to rent or provide own linen. Older looking unit. Car park spaces small and only 1 key provided.

Great unit, great location looking at ocean right in front of us
Few maintenance things, bathroom blinds need replacing, locks and sliding doors oiled. Bench top on kitchen needs a repair
