views and location… library and books in the lounge were a great touch! kitchen well equipped.
would have been nice for the master to also have an ocean view. sofa in lounge room was a bit average. master bed was very low. most of all the unit above needs sound proofing we could hear everything happening upstairs including kids running to chairs dragging etc.
